Morson reached out to me with what has turned out to be a fantastic long term contract role. During the whole process, the various departments with Morson were quick to respond to my queries and acted equally as quickly with every stage of the necessary steps required to join to the group my assignment is with.

Candidly, the service and performance of Morson is assisting me with my latest has been second to none!

First time with morson, people in g/mouth office very helpful and courteous, money in bank on time, struggled a bit with all the reg forms on line, thats my bad not morson,

Poor support tough the process. When I sent an email to have further info or raise an issue the reply would arrive after 5-6 days.

Minimal contact unless they need something
No help with set ups
They didn’t even find the post I found it and was shipped through to them
Money for nothing in my book

I went for a job via Morson group,(with company called nexperia)was invited by Simon @Morson to take part in a test,memory,maths,+colour blind.On arrival Simon was very polite explained everything to me about the tests in a professional manner.Overall through out the process of goin to nexperia for induction&medical Simon kept in contact seeing how things went.He couldnt do enough to make sure you were happy.He is a great asset to the Morson Group,and the Morson Group are a well oiled machine.

I was contacted out of the blue where my CV had been seen on some CV site, totally unexpected for a role that suits my background to the tee. Had it not been for Morson I would not have known and been given the opportunity I now currently have, I am truly grateful.

Didn't pay wages on time, didn't answer phones after problem with wages, took hours for anyone to help me, awful staff with awful attitude that shouldn't be working with people!

Applied for a job through them, I've heard nothing no email, no phone call to discuss about it. It seems they don't give a damn. Yet they keep putting the same job advertisement back up over and over again. Fishing for CVs?

My experience with Morsons was absolutely horrendous, I won't be using them again!!!!

Timesheet failure.
you sent an email on the 19th May stating the timesheet will be available tomorrow (on the 20th) . I have clicked on the link on the 20th and there is nothing. The first page of guidance is advertising how good the system is. The second page assumes a timesheet is visible, which it isn't, what sort of help is that!!

Quick easy and informative through recruitment process

Overall, very good and helpful. A couple of the response times could have been a little quicker but no harm done.

Constructive when it came to contract negotiation.

Took too long to get me on the system to allow me to input timesheet.

Amount of time spend on jostling for basic working right was enormous - avoid it.

Really friendly but there were a lot of small details that were left out.
For example, I was unaware that I had to fill in time sheets to get paid I thought it was automatic and they just sent it via email but its from a different company so I didn't know what it was.
And when I mentioned this to the recruiter I think he thought he had told me (he didnt) perhaps because he had dealt with so many new starters im sure it's easy to miss telling people some things but it was the manner in which he thought thought was either lying or dumb.

An excellent organisation to work with. Most impressive service.
