A few minor points
A few minor points, but overall very helpful and quick to respond to any of my queries. So yes very pleased.
The start went well but failed miserably
The start went well. They chased me to apply, reminded me of interview day. said they were away for a few days and get me post interview feedback. Nothing. I chased them and they said they were due to meet them the next day but still nothing.
If they approach me again i would reject any contact with the company. This is common amongst certain recruitment consultants.

I had never been employed through a recruitment agency before and was unaware of how things are done. I simply responded to a job on indeed. It wasn't made clear that the job was temporary , or that I would be having to log my own hours through the agency. I found it all very confusing

Great with one area for improvement
My contact from Morsons was with Emma and she was fantastic. Speedy responses and very helpful. The only reason why I didn’t rate 5 star is the contractor care team never came back to me regarding one of my queries which was disappointing. However, I stayed in touch with Emma and she eventually managed to give me the required information and stayed in touch during the waiting period.
Really excellent experience…
I had a really excellent experience from a candidate perspective when applying for a role as a contractor through Morson. Vicky the recruitment consultant was so friendly, warm, empathetic and easy to talk to she made the whole experience a real pleasure. She kept me up to date at every stage of the process and made contact to keep me in the loop even when there was nothing to update on so I would not worry. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have finally been placed at Network…
I have finally been placed at Network Rail but the process to get there took 23 days more than it should have . Repetitive submission of information from my side immediately but then far too long a response from the agency on their part lead to me losing 23 days of earnings which obviously is unacceptable.
