We have visited Monili Jewellers on several occassions and again last week. We are always served by Mihir who is continously providing excellent service and guidance to all our needs. Mihir is reliable and always go the extra mile in order to meet our many requests, being it for small as well as larger orders. This view is shared by our many friends who are also served by Mihir.

Monili is the right place to go. No matter what has to be done, Mihir always sees that it gets done with perfection. His service is always in top and he ensures high quality and a sense for details in everything. This place is unique and every time there is a pleasant experience.

I have recently been to Monili jewellers. I had 6 rings resized, 3 rings completely remodelled and I purchased 2 new diamond bands. Deepak dealt with me throughout the whole process. Besøgte butikken i januar 2022, super betjening, virkelig mange flotte smykker til meget gode priser. Handlede flere smykker, der blev tilrettet i str. samtidig blev vores egne smykker pudset op, så de blev som nye.
Har fået lavet et nyt smykke, hvor Ravindra har sendt billeder og videoer af processen. Smykket blev som ønsket, er meget tilfreds. Alt kommunikation forgik over what’s app. Der var super hurtigt svar tilbage på spørgsmål eller tvivl.

Re visited the lovely jewelry shop again on our holiday to Dubai. Having had a bracelet custom made last year, we wanted a pendant and earrings to match. Rinoz was excellent and helped us design what we wanted. The results were excellent and really lovely. During our Dubai visit we did not have the time to buy the pendant, we ordered in your online shop shortly after our return home. The order was placed and short afterwards Ravindra contacted us via WhatsApp and kept us updated on the status of delivery. A couple of days later the package arrived. Thank you very much for the fast handling of my order. The pendant is beautiful!
