This is my favorite jeweler! I always work with Mihir who is so knowledgeable on fine jewelry and always teaches me something new. I love jewelry and could spend hours in the store. He is always super helpful and nice and the quality of the pieces I choose are great. Customer service is 10/10 and you are forever a customer. It is always a pleasure to work with Shyam. This time I needed some clasps designed for a 3-strand pearl necklace and bracelet. He was able to copy the Art Deco design of a pin I had and provide a well designed and reasonably priced set of clasps! I can't wait to pick them up and use them.
