I was really impressed by the efficiency of Moneyway: I got my car loan arranged within 3 days, and the funds were transferred to the car dealership in good time for me to complete the purchase and collect my new car.
I have no hesitation in recommending Moneyway to anyone seeking to arrange a loan quickly.

The actual arrangement of the finance was straightforward and simple without any fuss, I then received a message saying that I should organise collection of my car from the dealer the next day, so I contacted the dealer and arranged to collect the car 9:30-10 AM, I got to the dealer’s the car was all ready, only to find out that the dealer had not been paid the funds had not been transferred, so there I was my deposit paid paperwork done and I had to wait over 3 hours to drive the 85 miles back with the car, I am not going to lie this ruined the overall experience to be honest, there is a slight misunderstanding here, I was extremely happy with the service I received from Moneyway, the broker that organised my finance was the issue, they gave me the wrong information and let me arrange collection of my car, without having been given the correct information, the broker was the cause of my inconvenience on the day

I had no problem everything went smoothly and even the date of payment is an excellent date ,and they still give you options if the date of payment is okay or not and that's good

Really swift, car is ready to collect within 24hrs. The service levels are great, phones are answered promptly and everyone seems to know what is happening, you don't need to keep re explaining. Great service throughout.

I was helped today by Binta.K, I struggle with simple things like phoning companys to sort out bills ect and I couldnt have been put more at ease, Binta listened to what i had to say carefully, she was empathetic with my situation and tried her best to help me complete any relevant information. Binta is a credit to the face of the company with customer service, with one too many bad experiences with customer service, I couldnt not leave a review because she's brightened up my day!!
