Modern UPVC Windows Bewertungen

An excellent company. Easy to order the product. A very competitive price. Great communication regarding delivery. The delivery arrived exactly on time and the men were very helpful with the unloading.
We will definitely use this company again.

I ordered one window. Original delivery had no opening pane, despite ordered. Glass was for sized for the opening pane. No Quality Assurance - order was not checked before sent out. It would be obvious to anyone order was wrong and inconsistent- parts did not fit together.

On positive side they sent correct window but took a further week.

What a fantastic company I brought a front door of them 2 years ago had an issue with the latch stopped working.there customer service was wonderful called them on a Saturday emailed all the details and Tuesday had a reply and new part sent to me and arrived on the Friday.would recommend this company to anyone from when I ordered my front door they kept me informed on delivery which arrived on time and dealt with my problem within days, everyone I spoke or emailed with were polite helpful and quick to resolve my issue

Really happy with my purchase of a new uPVC window and door, ordering was easy once all the measuring is done. Customer support was also great and very quick to respond!

Top quality products and excellent customer service here!

We have used Modern UPVC Windows several times to replace every window in our house.
We have been very impressed with not only the quality of their windows but also their customer service, in particular Katy Field who has been brilliant.
We can highly recommend this company.

Absolutely fabulous product so happy with the windows and doors After sales equally top quality 10/10 from us

Great when I wanted to amend my order very polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble highly recommended thanks

Very easy ordering process, windows arrived exactly when they said.
Windows are good quality to my untrained eye and were easy to fit.
Customer service was great when I ran out of the glazing packers, they sent out more at no extra cost.
Would certainly use them again

I,ve placed 3 or 4 orders over the years. Easy to use the window creator. The windows have always been perfect. Their delivery drivers have always been very friendly, helpful and careful.

The ordering process was straight forward and the windows were delivered on time and to spec.

Having fitted the window, which look good, I noticed a black mark on the glass, imagine my disappointment when the black mark was not on the outside of the glass, but in between the two double glazed units……… not sure how this got passed their “rigorous quality control”.
Other than that, pleased with the unit.

Absolutely superb company, had all my windows from them a few years ago , I managed to break a door window, just gave them my original order and they sent me the exact size replacement (I paid obviously) . Adam who delivered it was a legend, great communication, on time, helpful and a nice bloke too thanks to everyone…

I have been using modern upvc windows for several years now.. slowly replacing old double glazing units.. the frames and glass have always been of a high quality and much better value than any other company I can find in the greater London area. Customer service is great too .

Easy to use website. I’ve used these on multiple jobs and they are always the easiest and most reliable to use. Quick turn around on orders and really good instructions to help with ordering. Ideal when sitting with clients

Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
I used this company to buy 6 windows and a door and cannot fault this company from start to finish.
I was daunted by the idea of measuring up myself, as I have no experience of this. The website is brilliant, it guides you through every step of the process and a little box pops up at each stage giving more information about the options. I’m a process driven person and this website design is spot on.
Prices felt fair, definitely a huge saving from going through a window fitter. Customer service was also spot on, a lady called a couple of times after I made the order to check on things I had done that were unusual, to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. I really appreciated this attention to detail. I was given a prompt delivery date which was adhered to, and the delivery driver was most helpful. The products are of good quality and arrived well packaged. Will definitely be using them again for the second phase of my window replacements.

I would highly recommend! The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is great!
Having ordered my windows almost one week before I was suddenly informed by my client that they wanted to change the glazing option.I contacted the customer support and they were quickly able to change the order for me with no hassle at all.

I will definitely be using again!

Great service
Great product
Fast delivery

I had several queries about the size, colour, and specific items for my first attempt at door fitting. Each time I called I received pleasant staff interactions with a wealth of knowledge about the queries I raised. The service was great even going to the showroom to view samples and meeting further helpful staff. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Delivery arrived when they said it would and I am more than happy with the product quality, colour, and appearance. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends.
