An item went out of stock after ordering but I was quickly informed and given the option of waiting the extra week or having a refund! Super speedy communication and then it arrived promptly! Thank you!
Sadly this battery cover splintered while being offered up to the phone and fitted. We were very careful as this felt as flimsy as it's predecessor. Was hoping that as this was more expensive (double the average price for similar replacements) that it would be more substantial. Sadly not....

**Update**
I was contacted again by the company who were very helpful in organising and dispatching a replacement as the 1st order did not arrive. They apologised for the 1st order going missing (and pointed out that this was beyond their control.) A second order was dispatched (with proof of posting) and arrived promptly. Better late than never!!**
Order was placed over 3 weeks ago with the free shipping (2-5 working days) option. The order was marked complete 3 weeks ago. Contacted the company 10 days ago to notify them that I hadn’t received my order. Response 1 - “We are sorry to hear you haven’t receive your order. Could you confirm below address is correct? We will help you this matter don’t worry.”
Response 2 (after I confirmed the delivery address) - “Do you receive your order? Please confirm. Or we can send you another one.”
No acknowledgement of my second reply, no notification of any further dispatch and no sign of my order!!

Product was a Christmas gift and recipient is happy with it , however the communication process and eventual delivery needs improving. Note to seller, received only the one .

Ordered a iPad cover but received email saying item not in stock. However an alternative was recommended which I accepted. Cover duly arrived in a couple of days and I was highly delighted with the replacement.

I purchased an external battery cover for a Galaxy S6. The description said it would fit either Galaxy s6 with curved or straight sides. The external battery cover did not fit our Galaxy s6 phone properly. The sliding top of the external battery cover did not fully close over the phone. The battery cover has a pull out lever to prop the phone for viewing the screen. The first cover we received had a small plastic catch to secure the lever stand in place in the battery cover. The catch was almost detached. I returned the battery cover and after more than a week another battery cover was sent to me. It also had the loose plastic catch but this totally detached when I closed the support lever into the casing.
The main problem was that the phone and the external battery cover are supposed to charge when connected to a charger. This just did not happen. After leaving the cover and phone connected over night and plugged into a Samsung fast charger, nether the phone nor the battery cover was fully charged.
When the phone was in the battery cover and the power button pressed, the phone indicated it was charging, but this only lasted for a short time and the phone charging stopped.

case arrived in time - but not very satisfied with it. considering that I believed it would be of good quality as it was a little more expensive than a previous one from another supplier. one of the corners has already split - and no it was not dropped. the case doesn't stand up on its own very well - not strong enough
