Arrived on time, works well.

This earphones & charger adaptor was advertised as an original Samsung product. When it arrived, it clearly was not. It's kind of worked for a couple of weeks, although the sound quality wasn't brilliant. And now it's stopped working altogether.... I'm very disappointed with it & shall be requesting a refund.
I did this and the company were very quick to respond and give me a full refund, so there Customer Service is good.

Well over priced you can buy similar products on eBay for a fraction of the cost

I found the company responded quickly to my emails, advised when returned goods had been received and replacement dispatched. The only reason for a star less was because a question I had asked in email was not answered but possible the person didn't know the answer?

I ordered a case for my IPad, the original one was out of stock so I was offered a 360 case instead in the same design, I accepted the replacement. The delivery was quick, I received my case in excellent condition and I must say that this case is far better than the original one I ordered. Thank you.

Still waiting for my refund, because I refunded the good. It's almost a week since I received acknowledgement from MGuru for receiving the stuff. I am still waiting for my refund please

Update on recent review about mobile charger

Following my recent review about mobile charger purchased from MGuru, the matter has now been resolved. MGuru is refunding the cost of the charger so I am happy now that the matter is resolved.

Excellent from start to finish

Received when expected, well packaged and delighted with product.

Although the product is what I expected, I was expecting 2 of them as the picture showed.....this was misleading and in that event i found it quite expensive.
