I have worked for MT on some 30 projects over the past 2 years. I have nothing but praise for the Project Management team as each of the Project Managers I worked with has guided the delivery process with utmost competence and reliability. It is a genuine pleasure to communicate and collaborate with them. I have felt looked after and free to focus on the task. From a freelancer's perspective, the quality of this experience is not to be underestimated. I would like to thank Sheela in particular for her invariably kind and professional support. Special credit is also due to the engineering team behind the MT Hub platform, which makes working from home a breeze. The system holds a great deal of useful advanced functionality, while being glitch-free and seemingly never down. I appreciate the variety in job assignments, both thematic, which can be refreshingly challenging, and in terms of responsibilities by switching between translator and proofreader and helping with other project types. As a downside, it can be a long wait to get paid. Meaningful feedback from the client on the final proofs is also hard to come by. Luckily neither of these is a deal breaker for me.

Great company to work for as a freelancer! Jobs are interesting and pretty varied, pay is good and Mission Translate's team is qui relaxed and really nice.
