Do not order from Misco
Delivery of monitor showing in stock promised for December still not arrived 2 months later. Emails ignored, phone calls fobbed off, promises of return calls never received.
Do not give these thieves your business.
Avoid. Took money, didn't deliver!
I placed an order for a switch on Sunday night, paid extra for next day delivery with the expectation of it being sent out on Monday.
Wednesday evening and my order is still marked as "processing", no reply to live chat and phones go unanswered. But they've taken my money very quickly and efficiently!
I have asked for a refund but I fear I will now have to investigate a charge back on my debit card or take them to small claims court.
no after-sales service at Misco
I bought a beautiful Asus Pro Duo laptop with an Oled screen but the screen is split from top to bottom.
I wrote to Misco and received a reply telling me to contact Asus . No after sales service.
For a professional product salesman, this is not serious. I end up with a £2600 laptot that is not usable and with no after sales service to give me an answer, neither at Misco nor Asus.
Big disappointment!
From dubious to delighted
Needed replacement monitors and the model I was looking at was out of stock in all the usual places. The “where to buy” link on Samsung’s website took me to the Misco site and I decided to go for it despite having never heard of them. Ordered and then looked at Trustpilot reviews so was a bit worried. Paid next day delivery on Saturday but didn’t expect parcels on Sunday however as I received no communication I messaged via webchat on Monday to say I had no confirmation or tracking info sent and was told orders don’t get despatched till the next working day. Both monitors arrived today (Tuesday so next day) delivered by Parcelforce . Other than the order number on screen immediately on placing order,I had no more email correspondence as I would normally expect so advise taking a screenshot just in case. Very happy to get the products I wanted and delivered on time though felt it was a bit touch and go with no other contact by the company after the initial order. Guess that’s just what I’m used to with other online vendors. Would have left 4.5 stars but that wasn’t an option
No Response
Ordered an in-stock item a couple of weeks ago, hasn't turned up. No-one will pick up the phone, respond to my emails or give an answer over the webchat.
chaotic company to deal with
Placed an order on website, little communication and then it was no longer in stock. Now have to order again elsewhere.
DON’T USE MISCO
Purchased an item from Misco only to be emailed the next day to say the supplier made an error so my order was cancelled. By this point the item had sold out in other shops selling it at the same price during the sales. Practically bait and switch tactics I would avoid at all costs.
I bought a printer which was labelled incorrectly
I bought a printer which turned out to have an incorrect description on the website (It said it had Bluetooth - it didn't).
Ellie in Customer Support was very helpful in arranging a return and helping me find the correct version.
New printer works well - Just waiting for confirmation of a refund but overall fairly happy.
Terrible to deal with
Terrible to deal with, no answers to emails etc.. cancelled an order after 3 days as it said there was stock and there was none, then they sent it out 10 days later anyway, terrible service.
complete cowboys, be aware
Placed the order for the laptop, price was attractive, paid for next day delivery, took day off work awaiting for the delivery which never happened.
Misco sale representative send me a cheeky email which went straight to spam folder saying that price was wrongly displayed on the website and order will be cancelled. No apology, nothing. Never buy anything from them. First experience put me away from them for life. Prefer spend my thousands on Amazon. Complete waste of time.

Ordered Monday for next day delivery…
Ordered Monday for next day delivery £12.99 delivery charge. I gave them a second chance for our Business needs but they failed again with delayed delivery etc. It's now Thursday and my order has been marked as dispatched. I think this is the third time. Beware !
A mixed experience
My experience of buying a refurbished laptop from this company has been very mixed.
On the minus side:
1. When I placed my order and they acknowledged it, they included the proviso that at this difficult time they may not be able to fulfill all their orders. A couple of days later, the money left my account, without me knowing whether they were able to fulfill my order. In trying to get onto the online chat facility, the message was sometimes that there'll be a two-hour wait for a response, and sometimes that responders are 'away'. I had a few slightly anxious days before the machine arrived.
2. With it came a leaflet, containing complicated instructions about how to scratch the grey bit of the label at the back in order to reveal the Activation Key for Windows10. There was no grey label.
3. There is a web address on the machine which appears to offer help in case of malfunction. The bit of that website that could be scrutinised without an account was simply a repetition of the leaflet. When I tried to open an account, it told me that I couldn’t.
4. The company took ten days to respond to my two bleating emails and one letter threatening recourse to the Small Claims Court. After several days’ negotiation, it emerged that the Activation Key was also the Product Key, which was always in full view, so the leaflet was on that matter irrelevant and misleading. As there was a time limit on what I thought was the necessary activation process, these too were anxious days.
5. The leaflet, and the box the machine came in, were marked not by Misco’s name but by that of an entity whose name is so modishly designed as to be quite hard to decipher – something like QtlA. I never discovered the link between Misco and this entity.
On the plus side:
1. The one phone call I made to Misco was promptly and helpfully answered, though not by the person who was dealing with the problem.
2. This person was a bit scatty, in that communication methods and timings generally went awry, but extremely friendly and, in the end, accurate in their diagnosis of the problem.
3. The machine seems to work.
At this difficult time it would be wrong to hold any company to the highest of standards. However, this one looks to me as if they could concentrate a bit harder on details, and on response to customers’ concerns. Even in happier times, I wouldn’t return to them.

I spoke to a customer agent twice to confirm that my order will be sent the day after since i needed the item for work.i was reassured it would arrive.It did not.It is now 3 days waiting for the item which has not arrived.when i called i got further excuses and lies.save your time buy from Amazon instead where you will not have to deal with delays and lies.

We have had excellent service from Misco and their representative Kyle. They have been helpful and proactive and I can highly recommend them for the purchase of new IT equipment
