Fantastic Service
I spoke to Alex on behalf of the school I work for regarding a project we wanted to run to help disadvantaged children. From the first phone call, Alex went above and beyond to help us get this project off of the ground; he found us a fantastic deal and held it for us long enough to get the funding. Very, very happy with the service, and always have been in the past on smaller orders too. Thank you.
Above and Beyond
Every time i have used Misco, they have always gone above and beyond. Problems happen but it is how you sort them that is the main thing, would always recommend them to any other people looking for a good supplier

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company, they don't know anything about whos delivering their products and what time its coming, waited 3 days to be told the van has broken down! What absolute rubbish!
Their online order system doesn't show correct order progress.
Their website showed stock and I placed an order for next day delivery. For the next 48 hours the order showed as "Processing" and there was still stock. After 48 hours the order changed to "Out of stock". I received NO notifications at all from Misco. I sent requests for an update directly on the online order and through their online chat which claims to respond in 8 minutes. After 4 days there was still no reply. Then I received an email from Karin who was very helpful. My delivery arrived albeit several days late. Karin refunded the next day delivery charge.
Despite the order having been delivered, the online order system showed it was out of stock and being processed. I received an email saying the products had been despatched an hour after I received them.
In the background, the products were on their way albeit late. The lack of update on their ordering system caused panic as I thought I had been conned - especially after reading the reviews here.
Basically, don't rely on their online ordering system to give you accurate information. As I type I have the products and their system is just now showing that the items have been despatched.
Rip off merchants
Rip off merchants. I made a point of using Misco rather than go to Amazon. What a mistake that was. They sent me the wrong product then made a song and dance of being able to return the product saying that the box had been opened even when I sent photos where you can clearly see the manufactures seal still in tact. They then started bleating about a restock charge that comes to more than the cost of the product. Avoid like the plague.
Absolute cowboys
Absolute cowboys. Avoid! I made the mistake of seeing an ad saying that an item was in stock for next day delivery (which I paid for). After it said 'processing' for quite some time, I called to be told the supplier had stock and confirmed the order for next day delivery. The following day, I decided to phone up as I'd not received any delivery notification. This time I was told the item was on back order and they didn't have any delivery estimate. I cancelled the order. Thankfully, I sourced the item from Currys with next day delivery. I honestly don't know why these guys came back from the dead as they are utterly useless.
Returning Customer
I have been a customer of Misco for some time and seeing them return has been great.
They have a great store, that I find easy to use and navigate. There is always a wide range of products to choose from. If they are not in stock a quick call and someone is there to assist you.
I have no issues with my sales guy, David Boyd. They are great at keeping in touch.
Highly recommended to any business or education.
If you are a member of the public, I would recommend Comet.

I was thinking of purchasing a smart tv from misco and went as far as putting in my card details my banking app asked me if I wanted to confirm the purchase at this point I had second thoughts and cancelled only to find out a week later the my card had been used fraudulently for £68 do not use misco they will Rob you
Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. No one answers the phone. "accounts managers" dont care. Crap attitudes. Wont use again
Poor communication, 10 days and still waiting.
Place an order for standard delivery on 05/07/21, all items were in stock. On 14/07/21 I called to chase the order, went through to web orders but no one answered. Finally, go through to David in sales, promised an email within 10 mins. Called 2 hours later, again no answer on any line, but finally got prompted to leave a message. Left a message and still no response, after spending over £2k on some critical drives we needed the time is now 3.30pm and I don't have a clue what's going on.
The least they could do is advise if an order is going to be delayed or get back to you as promised.
As a company, we spend over £1million on IT equipment per year, but this will be the last time we use Misco.
What an absolute farce
What an absolute farce. Ordered a NAS drive for next day delivery. Got the confirmation email, everything looked fine. Waited in all day - nothing arrived. The morning after I got an email off them saying they were actually out of stock. I then called Misco and cancelled the order and ordered via another supplier. You would think that that would be the end of it wouldn't you... About 3 days later, on the same day my NAS drive from the other supplier was supposed to be delivered a delivery driver turned up with a totally unmarked NAS drive sized box which I took delivery of thinking it was my new NAS drive. Misco, in their infinite wisdom had decided to send their order out anyway, a week late, after I had already cancelled with them and purchased one from another supplier, they then billed my credit card nearly £1000 for the privilege. I spoke with Misco who assured me that it would be collected and the money refunded to my Visa, and it was - after 3 weeks, 15 phone calls, 7 emails and dealing with 4 separate members of staff. Even when it was finally collected I was assured that it would be collected before 12 and the driver turned up at 2:30pm - what an absolute joke. Avoid Misco like the plague.

To date 18th May, no laptop received!
When queried with Misco, all they keep sending is an email headed ‘Order deleted’!
Email includes a link to my order. That’s it.
Thank you Misco, I am aware of what was ordered. What I don’t know is:-
1. Why?
2. Why was I not informed?
3. When will I get a refund?
Seriously do not order from Misco!
Shocking communications and customer service!
I ordered a printer at the beginning of March and it arrived promptly. I opened it and set it up and then realised I had ordered the incorrect model. I contacted Misco, explained and asked if I could return it for a refund. The sent me a returns reference and the address and I promptly returned it. It arrived at Misco on or around 5th March. I have a copy of the delivery note. After several times of trying to contact them, they have totally ignored me and I have not received a refund or even a part refund. I have no idea how to make them acknowledge me. I shall not use them again. Too much hassle for an OAP!
Happy to be a returning customer
I have been a customer of Misco for some time and seeing them return has been great.
They have a great website, that I find easy to use and navigate. There is always a wide range of products to choose from. If they are not in stock a quick call and someone is there to help assist you.
My account manager, I have had two since they returned. No fault of Misco's, people move on. I have to say that my current account manager is great and I really wouldn't want anyone else.

Headphones arrived broken no response from Misco
Ordered expensive headphones when arrived broken tried to phone for 4 days no answer, sent numerous emails to customer services no reply, tried to use the website contact bot nothing. This is a joke!!
Used Misco a very long time - now good again
Have used Misco - and other IT suppliers such as Novatech, Broadbandbuyer, PCM, NetStore, CableMonkey, MoreFrom etc for many years and always found Misco to be the best for 'commercial' 'company' stuff and Novatech for 'gaming' 'domestic' stuff, both always reliable.
Misco came-back to life after going to the wall (a real shame) a few years back.
It has taken time for them to pick-up speed again, yes things have been flakey at times, and finding what you want can be a pain, but if stuff is not on the site you can always ring and they often get what you need. The range of stuff like monitors have become huge but, again, hard to dig through as are just so many and the filter options are very limited !
But we are buying parts from them again as they almost always have what we need, they don't lie when they say it's in stock, and delivery is reliable even if it's not the fastest - typically 2-3 days.
Also.. the refurb PC's work well - you don't need to use the activation sticker on the underside as they're already activated. Big tip though - uninstall all the foreign language packs (a huge number for all Eu markets) as they turn each 5 minute windows10 upgrade into a 2-hour slog.
Strongly recommend - just search carefully and be patient.
Cheaper then Amazon - Customer service that works even if it's a little slow
I purchased a product which was cheaper than Amazon on the Misco site. Sadly the product Didn't work for my setup.Reading trust pilot reviews I've got quite worried about if I was going to get a refund.
However, Speaking to the customer service agents did take time but I was able to effect a return.
