I collected my car this Saturday the handover was by Tim who was a very nice man but car wasn’t as I expected it
I had been told all scratches and stone chips would all be gone
Only a few had been removed when I commented I was told it is a used car your buying
Two missing dust caps although I asked twice for them I never got them
Both keys needed new batteries which I bought when I got home

The knowledge of the vehicle by your salesman Jake Mottershead and the ability to answer all my questions gave me confidence in both him and the car.

My GLB went in for a back panel boot repair. I experienced brilliant customer service from Shammi (in Stevenage), she was on the ball, there was great communication throughout and she done her upmost during my experience with her. Cannot fault and hope to be supported by Shammi again.

Wish I had read reviews for Taunton MB before I took my car in.

5 weeks and still no diagnoses. Was told 199 to diagnose, after weeks and weeks no communication, was told they were waiting for a compression test, this is a basic in most garages. After many phone calls chasing I was called for authorisation of a further leak test which would take 3 hours, at 289 per hour!!! Car was collected and taken to another garage, ok collection they tried to charge me 500 for tests completed, I have no paperwork and no diagnoses, who charges 289 per hour for testing?? No communication and made up prices. very poor

The reception staff were polite and professional throughout my visits and I appreciated their attitude and help.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service advisor handling my case was extremely poor. Communication felt dismissive from the beginning and I was repeatedly made to feel as though simply asking questions or requesting updates was an inconvenience. On several occasions I felt spoken to with unnecessary attitude and impatience rather than professionalism or empathy.

What concerned me most was the complete lack of ownership regarding the situation. I was repeatedly told that Mercedes-Benz could only “follow the system” and there appeared to be no willingness to assist communication between themselves and the supplying dealer, despite the ongoing dispute surrounding the vehicle. I ultimately found myself coordinating communication between all parties simply to understand what was happening.

I was also left with serious doubts regarding the thoroughness of the requested vehicle health check. Multiple times I was informed the check would not proceed without payment authorisation, yet shortly after I advised I was only around 20 minutes away, the vehicle was already being released from the wash bay and prepared for collection. Given the timing involved, I struggle to understand how a proper full inspection and diagnostic process could realistically have been completed to the standard I was expecting. I was also initially refused the detailed repair and fault information requested, which further reduced confidence and transparency.

Overall, while the reception staff were very pleasant, the handling of the aftersales process itself was disappointing and did not leave me with confidence in the level of customer care provided.

I had been thinking about updating my Mercedes for a while. I was just browsing before my car went in for a service and Ben approached me. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to a find a white A200 which was supplied within a week and is perfect. The handover was dealt with by Pash as Ben was on holiday. Both Ben and Pash are very knowledgeable and have been extremely helpful.

Dates of when my car would be done kept changing and returned my car with a dent near to roof which looks from putting my car on a car lift and very lovely deep chip in my windscreen whether they specialise in Mercedes or not I will be going else where in future

Excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly professional and efficient. They are to be trusted. This is reflected in the cost of repairs. They could have fleeced me, they did not. I am most impressed.

Customer service is very poor . Higher management don’t want know . Never reply to questions just pass it down the line .parking on site is a joke . When you are in the showroom some staff walk around with their noses in the air afraid to make eye contact
Bottom line use Exeter

Still no reply 7 days . Just an reply saying sorry would have been sufficient.But this just proves on how high they think of customer service

Charged me for a new switch..12 months later same switch failed again..i was then told sorry you will have to pay again for another...local garage did it half the price..

Shakira was excellent. We had travelled a long way as we had been looking for a nearly new low mileage GLC with the right spec for quite a while. The car was ready for us to take a test drive, it was really well presented and was as new. Shakira explained everything that had been updated from my previous c class. It was the most stress free purchase of a car, we went through the numbers and bought it. Thank you Mercedes Exeter just wish we lived nearer.

Entering the Mercedes sight in probus your greeted by the most lovely, smiley and helpful staff. They were efficient in helping me and were so friendly and welcoming. I’d absolutely will continue to have my car serviced at Mercedes Probus. There service even encourages me to continue using Mercedes our family car! Thanks again to all.

Had a great experience with Exeter Mercedes south west . Lizzie Davis was exceptionally helpful , friendly and down to earth when test driving and later purchasing the van I had seen online . Well done Mercedes !!! If all your sales people are like Lizzie then you can’t go far wrong . 5 stars all around !!!
