Conned by postage costs
I needed more supplies. It was Sunday and I opted for MediSupplies. I placed m order and discovered I was to pay £7.50 for delivery! This is outrageous in my view. I am a disabled senior citizen who is extremely unwell. No matter how I endeavoured to find a cheaper option on the site, I failed miserably. I will never use this site again.

We recently introduced a higher carriage charge on orders under £30.00. This is because the cost of processing, packing, and shipping smaller orders has significantly increased, alongside a large increase in the cost of the goods themselves over the last year. This has made small orders no longer economical for us to supply at our previous rates.
Orders over £30.00 will continue to receive our standard lower delivery charge, and free delivery for orders over £50.00.
We understand this may be disappointing, and we are sorry if the change has caused frustration. Your feedback is appreciated. We will continue to review our carriage charges, and we fully understand if you choose to reconsider future orders based on this.

Inferior products unfortunately
Ordered a large amount of butterfly needles for my cats subcataneous fluids injections.
Half of them thus far have been too blunt to actually penetrate the skin. Wouldn't use this company again. Delivery was good, fast despatch, but inferior products it seems.
