Excellent brace to support ankle
Bought A60 left ankle brace to help support ankle whilst playing football. Hadn't played for a year due to on-going ligament problems.
Tried brace on at home at first but wasn't sure about it, it seemed a bit rigid. However, the player who'd recommended it to me advised on fitting correctly. Later played football for over 2 hrs & had NO problem during or in the following days after playing. I'm amazed & know I will continue to use this ankle support in future to help prevent further ligament problems. The brace is lightweight & offers firm support to my ankle. With the brace on I was able to use my left foot securely & with confidence in the knowledge that my ankle is fully supported!!!

Excellent customer service
Very fast and prompt service. Royal Mail delivered it to God alone knows where, so I phoned the customer service department. They were very apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault) and I got a replacement the next morning

Although packaging & delivery were good the vinyl gloves were I believe wrongly labelled as medium because neither I nor a small-handed friend could get them over hand. Had I not opened the box I would have returned them & asked for a refund.

Outstanding support
The support was outstanding when DHL failed miserably to deliver a shipment in an acceptable condition or anywhere the expected date. The delivery charge was refunded and a replacement was despatched without question when it appeared that DHL had lost the original package. (None of which was the fault of MediSupplies, though their choice of delivery company might benefit from a review.) The product was as expected, so I would certainly recommend MediSupplies.
