Worktop was fitted within a few days of measuring up. Arrived on time, in fact early, quick efficient fitting. Looks great, well pleased.

We had a space in our new kitchen which was an unusual shape. Our supplier said that they couldn't make a worktop to fit, so I contacted Mayfair who gave me a quote which was very reasonable. They came out, measured up, and in less than two weeks fitted the worktop. An excellent job, it fitted perfectly, the fitter was very pleasant and professional. Well pleased!!.

Placing the order after their very good sales pitch was straightforward. After installation, on the same day, we discover a part of the worktop has a scratch - phoned them and email them. Since today I am still waiting for a resolution (they kept telling me to use "wonder wipes"). Nothing worked.
We had someone external to have a look, the person says it may require polishing a little as it seems to be factory damage or carrier damage where another part of the quartz touched it.

Added to that, Although we paid, no final invoice confirming all the money paid and no product guaranty.
We will be making a claim via our card issuer.
We do not recommend Mayfair granite. Stick with whoever is supplying your kitchen as service would be better. We should have!

We ordered our kitchen worktops from Mayfair Granite. The quote was good. The survey of the kitchen was carried out efficiently by a qualified Stonemason who was both courteous and knowledgeable in every aspect of his trade. The product arrived on time and was fitted by two good tradesmen. The finished job is a credit to the company. It is also exactly what my wife had envisaged. Fantastic.

I was looking to replace worktops in my kitchen with granite ones. I got a good quote from Mayfair and promised an 'all inclusive' service with old worktop removal etc. and a templating appointment in a week. Sounded good, but that's where all the positive points ended.
Templating was postponed by nearly three weeks for different reasons. Once it actually happened, it took another two months (!) and a few chasing calls from my side instead of promised 10-15 days to get the actual installation appointment. They were really good with taking deposits and partial payments, for anything else - I had to chase them, call them, call again and so on. Altogether, it took them nearly three months to complete the job comparing to two-three weeks initially promised.
The worst part of the experience, however, wasn't even that (given the circumstances with Covid etc.), but dealing with their subcontractor who was supposed to remove the existing worktops, replace and reconnect kitchen appliances. They did a reasonable job, but left a leaking sink pipe behind after replacing a sink. Unfortunately, I did not realise that until the next day and made a mistake of paying them before finding the issue. When contacting the subcontractor, I was faced with completely unprofessional and almost aggressive response: the guy just denied any responsibility, threatened me with extra call-out charges and, needless to say, never showed up to fix it. Absolutely appalling!
For people to beware of that subcontractor, apparently they go by different names: Quality Furniture Installations, Yorkshire Gas Services, Kitchens of Yorkshire.

First class service from start to finish. I can honestly say the staff at Mayfair Granite are so nice and a pleasure to deal with even after the sale was made. Samples were sent and received in a matter of a few days. When a price was agreed, a deposit was paid, and then a date for templating was arranged. We had to change the date as the kitchen had only just been delivered but nothing was too much trouble and another date was rearranged. We received a telephone call a few days before the date to ensure we were still okay to go ahead. The guy who came to carry out the templating gave good advise which we took on board. Only then was full payment required. After just over a week our beautiful quartz worktops were fitted. The guy who came to fit them is highly recommended. The join in the worktops you can hardly see. Amazing job, British quality product and workmanship. The videos on their website of how the worktops are made are really good and helped us to decide to go with Mayfair Granite along with their customer reviews. Couldnt fault anything. If you get a cheaper price from a different place just make sure you arent paying for rubbish. Check out the reviews on You Tube about shoddy workmanship and quality materials with regard to granite and quartz before you agree to buy from them. Great customer experience. I was very impressed with the service and the range of products offered by Mayfair Granite. James our Sales rep was approachable and extremely helpful. He sent over a number of samples, pictures and further information to help us choose the right countertop. We decided to go for the Quartz option as we wanted a lighter countertop that was heat resistant and scratch proof.

Although we had a mix up with the measurement appointment it was how they turned things around that impressed me, so thanks Karl and James.

I'm so happy with the end result, so thanks to the team at Mayfair Granite for making my kitchen look amazing.
