Mayfair Worktops Bewertungen

Ok so not the easiest decision to go for granite or quartz due to the cost but so glad we did.
Adam who I was dealing with at Mayfair Granite was brilliant to deal with from the start. Must have called about 10 times back and forth so no question was left unanswered. I found Mayfair the cheapest around my area but that doesn’t mean you lose quality . The cutouts and worktop edges are perfect. Originally wanted granite but because of our kitchen layout and the nature of the product we decided to go for quartz as advised so great advice was given.
Templating was smooth, Now’s the time to get all the questions in.
The fitting guys were great and let us know of any snags as the arrived. They also made a few adjustments and had to do a bit of cutting .
Perfect.

I wanted top class work tops and I got them. I also got top class customer service, mostly dealt with Johnny but to be fair everyone I spoke with were extremely helpful and professional, makes a big difference when you are spending a lot of money on something you know little about. I don't want to favour any of M.G.s employees but the guy that came to Template (John) brilliant! The lads that came to fit the work tops, brilliant!
I had a slight issue, partly brought on by me changing my mind on the design at the last minute and I'm pleased to say M.G. jumped right on it and corrected it in no time at all.
So am I happy with the whole package? Extremely!
If you are looking for the cheapest deal go somewhere else, there are cheaper around, but if you want a quality product, excellent service and the end product to tick all your boxes you are in the right place with M.G. Having said that M.G. are very competitive but not desperate to where they sacrifice quality or customer service for the sake of getting the job, they do the right thing. Obviously I would recommend Mayfair Granite. They get 5/5 from me for the whole experience not just the final product.
I will share this note with you, I watched all their promotional videos on YouTube while researching the company as I do. I thought one or two of them were a bit suspect and that made me think... Really, .... guess what? it's REALLY!
Thank you Johnny and the whole team, top class!

Fantastic service from Mayfair supplying and fitting a quartz surround for our new DRU fire. Stefan (our point of contact), Michael (spot on template measuring) and Kay and Nathan (great fitting) were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. We are absolutely delighted with the result. Thank you!

Fantastic service from mayfair granite from start to finish. Joe was extremely helpful and patient helping with my initial queries and constant messages. His advice and help was fantastic. I absolutely love my worktops and would highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Mayfair Granite. Everything they said they would do they did. We are over the moon with the finished product.

What can I say, simply brilliant! from start to finish their service was professional, speedy, friendly and excellent quality.

Great professional service from pricing to template taking to fixing the granite tops.Friendly installation team to management, great service.

We are so pleased we chose Mayfair Granite for our Quartz worktops. The helpful and friendly team supported us throughout from choosing our worktops to placing our order, templating and fitting. Any issues of concern were addressed immediately. Thank you to Stefan who offered a real personal touch throughout the whole process.
A special thank you to our friendly fitters Kay and Nathan who did an absolutely amazing job. They both took great pride in their approach to fitting the worktops, ensuring they did a perfect job. They went above and beyond our expectations. We were advised by Mayfair Granite that due to the size of the kitchen the worktop joins may not match up exactly (which is understandable) but that they would try their utmost to make it flow as best as they could. However, we were extremely impressed and pleased with the joins as well as the total look of our kitchen.
So "Thank You" to all of the Mayfair Granite team who played a part in ensuring we have the most stunning kitchen worktops.
I have already told my friends and family about the great service and will continue to recommend Mayfair Granite to anyone who is thinking of having a new kitchen/new worktops.

Beyond pleased with my worktop in Viscount White! Joseph at the Mayfair Grainte office was lovely and answered all questions I had. The fitters were very efficient and professional.

The finished worktop looks wonderful. I could not recommend more.

We were very impressed from beginning to end with the service we received. The quality of the worktops are excellent.

Michael and his partner were very helpful when measuring and answering any questions that we had. Michael and his partner also fitted the worktops very efficiently. Quick turn around from measuring to fitting.

Would highly recommend Mayfair Granite.

Mayfair granite very good job new what they were talking about turn up on time to template turn up on time to install very clean professional services 👍🏽

We had quartz worktops installed, the fitter told us not to wipe the tops for a couple of hours until the sealant in the joints had gone off. We left it three days but, when we did wipe them down, the silicon just rubbed out of the joint.
The overwhelming consensus on line is not to use silicon.
Our calls to Mayfair were passed on to their Remedial Team, apparently we couldn’t talk to them direct, but nobody called back. I’m not sure they actually exist. After a week we gave up. This is in stark contrast to the daily calls we got for the two weeks between requesting a quote and confirming the order. It appears that every effort is put in to secure your custom but zero effort once the final payment has been made.
We have paid over £2,700 for an instalment that we will have to finish ourselves.

Mayfair are a pleasure to do business with. We used them because they had fitted worktops in our son's kitchen and did an exemplary job. From the outset they were informative, helpful, they kept in contact during the ordering and delivery process. Their fitters were pleasant, efficient and competent. We are really pleased with our transformed kitchen, they provided an excellent service. We would recommend to anyone.

I found Mayfair Granite online and after reading their reviews I decided to purchase my quartz worktops from them. Various free samples were sent by post and we eventually made our choice, this choice was changed before machining took place and it was not a problem, also when the templating was carried out further samples were there to look at if we again wanted to change our choice .
I sent in some dimensions and they gave me an estimated quote. They then sent someone out to accurately measure and template my worktops. After requesting a couple of changes the final price was not far off the original quote. After excepting the price a date was confirmed for the fitting. A small deposit was paid and a second deposit was also paid before fabrication.
The remaining balance was paid a day before fitting.
The fitting day came and everything went smoothly, the fitting lads were efficient, the measurements taken were very precise and everything looked excellent once finished. I would recommend Mayfair Granite if you are looking for quartz or granite worktops.
One main attraction of Mayfair Granite was the fact that they made accurate templates of my worktops and hob/sink position. The worktops came with all the cut outs done, edge profile and polished surfaces, this then negated the need for messy and noisy fabrication on site. Also their communication was very good keeping me informed and always answering emails and phone calls.

Excellent quality product. Beautifully fitted. Very pleased

Excellent company to deal with. From the first phone call to the fitting. Nothing was to much trouble. Our fitters were a pleasure to have in our home and did a 1st class job. Kitchen looks fantastic. Thank you so much

Mayfair granite were fantastic from the first phone call right through to the worktops being fitted, I'm over the moon with the quality of the worktops, they are absolutely beautiful ,5*! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! they are outstanding! I'm a very happy customer 😊

Mayfair make a lot of their customer centric approach. Having now had a new worktop from them I can say that every claim they make is totally true. Its not just that they are good at what they do. Having looked at so many similar suppliers, Mayfair are just in a different league than everyone else - there is just no comparison. Mayfair have redefined excellence !!

One of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the initial enquiry where I was called first thing the next morning by Liam, the quote was discussed and all the pricing is transparent. Clear guidance on what steps were next to take through to payment of deposit and moving across to the logistics team where I dealt with Johnny to organise a template. Template date was scheduled and information guidance sent via email on what to expect on the day and what preparation was needed in advance of the templating appointment. A courtesy call was made the day before to make sure I understood the process and when templating day arrived I was met with Michael who is extremely knowledgeable in his field and discussed edging options and measurements and also had a wide selection of samples for me to choose a worktop. The whole process was professional and informative and I definitely felt in safe hands. I have today had the worktop installed - less than three weeks after initial enquiry and again walked through the process by Johnny, who I have to mention even stayed after hours to take payment for the installation to ensure I could keep my appointment slot! Thank you! My expectations have most definitely been exceeded following installation. The worktop is extremely good quality, you can barely see the joins and the edges are polished to perfection. I can now look forward to enjoying my new worktop for many years to come!

Really happy from templates to fitting great service. Love the finished look. Nothing was too much trouble
