After attending A Place in the Sun show last May we decided to go on a viewing trip to try to find our forever home in Spain.
Kerry, our MASA advisor, was fantastic. She listened carefully to our requirements and wishes and showed us a lovely selection of houses. We fell in love with one and are now in the process of buying our home on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
MASA has continued to give us full support throughout. All of the team have been helpful and efficient.
We would highly recommend MASA to anyone looking to find a home abroad.

From first contact Masa (Paul) have been amazing. The viewing trip was extremely informative and the properties we were shown fit the brief. They didn’t try to sell us a property that was over our budget which we really appreciated.

We used Masa after glowing references from friends who had previously purchased properties through them. we first made contact with Paul last August regarding viewing properties in La Finca and he made all the arrangements for us to go over and view some properties in the area. I was slightly sceptical as I've heard about pushy sales etc but that couldn't be further from the truth. Paul was informative on property details and the area and answered all of our questions with a wealth of knowledge. It was a very laid back and enjoyable experience. We finally chose a place and Paul sorted out all the paperwork and gave us invaluable advice regarding the move and kept us in the loop with every process. We were introduced to Kerry and the Masa team at the Place in the Sun Dublin exhibition in October 2022. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and expertise and we knew that upon leaving the exhibition Masa would find us our dream home in Spain. We were contacted by Kerry following the exhibition and moved forward to a viewing trip which was arranged for February 2023. This was our first time in Costa Blanca and we were excited to view some amazing properties which aligned to our criteria. Kerry took the time to understand what we were looking for and put in all the preparation ahead of our trip. We were confident that even if we didn’t find our dream home on our first viewing trip, we would at least get to know the area and the properties available. We arrived at Alicante airport and welcomed by Kerry who took us to the hotel which we stayed in for 4nights. It was all perfect. The trip was incredible and we viewed some amazing properties in different areas. We couldn’t believe it when on our 2nd day of the trip we found our dream home. Everything was beyond incredible. We are relocating next year and cannot wait to live our new life in Spain. This would not have been made possible without Kerry and the Masa team. From the first time we met them, to finding our home and the after sales experience has been exceptional. It can be very daunting, particularly if you are relocating to a new country but it has been a seamless, efficient process and I would highly recommend Masa for anyone who is looking to buy a holiday home or make the permanent move.

I've been aware of Masa for many years but wasn't in a position to buy until just recently. I met their Sales Director Paul at a group he ran in Guildford, my wife and I were impressed by his relaxed approach and knowledge of the Spanish property market. After meeting once again we made the trip out to Spain and decided on the apartment that was just perfect for us. From start to finish Paul and his team helped make the process trouble and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Masa to friends or family.

I first contacted MASA after seeing a property online within my price range. My initial conversation with a gentleman called Paul Payne, a nice chap who came across knowledgeable and genuine. After two or three conversations he suggested a viewing trip. At this point my wife Kellie was not at all keen as she had lived for 6 years in Lanzarote and in this time she had seen a load of hard sell. But I convinced her that I was not the kind of person that could be talked into something I did not want to do. This was the start of my journey with MASA. The viewing trip was thorough but very laid back with not a sign of aggressive sale. The property we chose was a new build and yet to be constructed so this was a nervy affair for us. But MASA was there to hold our hand throughout the process. They have an online owners area where you can check on the progress of the build with pictures and reports. I can honestly say whenever I called they were there to answer my questions and on several visits to Spain during the process their was always a friendly face to assist us. The property was finished on time and to a very high standard. I therefor would recommend this company to anybody who is considering buying in Spain. The guys at MASA where a joy to do business with.

If you are looking to buy a property in Spain I can highly recommend MASA International. After having approached various property agents, it was a relief to come across MASA. No pressure or heavy sales patter. I felt as though we had our own property consultants advising and supporting us through the who process rather than a pushy agent that didn't care for our budget or needs (and there are lots of those). I'm not even sure if we would have been brave enough to take the plunge. Its been such an exciting year and thanks to Paul and the team we finally have are little Spanish haven.

There were so many Spanish property companies out there, my wife and I didn’t know where to start. We attended the big overseas property exhibitions, but were bombarded with lots of unhelpful information and not much useful information. Having spoken to a very helpful and efficient young lady in MASA’s UK office (yes, there is one, we were surprised too) about what we were looking for, they suggested we attend one of their smaller events. We booked a property chat with Paul Payne in Brighton and it was the best thing we did! He was so helpful narrowing down what we were looking for/where, what we could get for our budget, recommending solicitors, etc. He even offered to travel with us on a MASA viewing trip, which was very reassuring. Our trip to Spain was fantastic, both Paul and his colleagues were extremely helpful, without putting us under any pressure. After three days with MASA we decided to go ahead with the purchase of a property in Playa Flamenca and we’ve never looked back! They took care of everything from arranging meetings with the notary, opening a Spanish bank account, transferring our funds to Spain, ALL the legals...even down to helping us arrange Sky TV and going furniture shopping. There really was no end to their helpfulness! We’ve had a few queries since buying our property and the MASA after-sales service has been invaluable. They even helped us to find the local bowls club! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MASA to anyone and have put several of my work colleagues in touch with Paul already. I know that we will always have a friend in Paul and am very grateful that we attended that exhibition in Brighton.

I friend of mine recommended MASA to me as his experience was fantastic and I have to say I had a fantastic experience too. Loved the fact they carefully listened to what I wanted, my budget and my limitations and based on that the viewing trip considered all of these factors, which meant I thoroughly enjoyed the trip, it was not pushy at all and everything is taken care of. The trip was not just showing houses but also that you familiarize with the area and that you are comfortable with the surroundings of the potential house you are buying. Chris and the team were friendly attentive and resolved all the queries I had from start to finish. They have given me tips on every aspect of the purchase, the area etc and kept me at ease. Money, lawyers, paperwork, completion and all the things you think will be tedious to deal with, were a very smooth process for me with their help so for this reason I strongly recommend MASA INTERNATIONAL. Also they have amazing places to look at and get inspired! all of incredible quality and great taste. I strongly recommend the team in the UK and the team in Spain. They take care of you even after you have moved in! So more than what I expected!

We purchased a lovely villa in the Alicante region recently after spending some time there with Masa representative Paul Payne.

We had been considering purchasing a property for a number of years, and had even visited the area twice in previous years with other companies.

For this third visit, we opted to use Masa, and felt that the personal touch provided by the staff and the local area knowledge surpassed our expectations and previous experiences.

We were shown various locations and differing build options. Paul talked us through the exchange rate trends, which allowed us to accurately forecast our living expenditures.

As for the property itself, we couldn't be happier!! The workmanship, decor and facilities are exactly as we agreed, and the timescale of the whole process was prompt and efficient.

We are now looking forward to some great family holiday time, making lots of memories.

Last week my husband and I bought a holiday home in Spain using the services of Masa International in Croydon. I must say that we were very nervous at first about the prospect however, from our very first contact, the Masa team ( headed by " Paul " ) guided us efffortlessly through the entire process. Nothing was too much for them, Paul was even there to welcome us to Spain on our arrival to view potential areas and properties. Very soon we found the ideal area and property that will very soon become our second home. We cannot thank Paul and the rest of the Masa staff enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking about buying a home in Spain.
