I attended a recent sales seminar for Masa medical transport services, in Cary North Carolina. Although the presentation was informative, after the presentation, I was approached by one of the presenters, who used high pressure, and condescending comments to attempt to intimidate me into signing their contract. I would definitely not recommend them.

Well I wasn't on hold long, and the representative took care of my problem for me

The seminar was good and well explained. Louise got her info all set up on the app and bracelet, but for some reason, my email address would not let me register my bracelet.

Kristine did an excellent job of presenting the benefits of becoming a member of MASA!

The seminar presenter Dewey was absolutely so kind and explained the plan very very well.

We are looking forward to have this company help us with our needs if and when we need these services. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that we have coverage for these extreme services.

Easy to enroll and the people are knowledgeable and willing to help and explain everything.

we attended a sales luncheon for MASA. the presentation itself took over an hour of endless details That would have been a more effective if it had been condensed to 30 to 45 minutes max. but the worst part was when lunch was over and the three sales associates split up among the tables using some pressure sales tactics and could not take any answer but yes to the highest priced way to buy. after we finish ed talking to that salesperson week, spent a few minutes talking together about the program when the leader of the group came over and absolutely would not leave us alone to the point of an uncomfortable experience with the whole lunch including following us out the door saying. have a nice day with a sarcastic edge to her voice. The whole experience seemed designed try to take advantage of older adults who might be susceptible to strong arm tactics. Worse than bad car salespeople.

I’m impressed so far with the amount of information provided to me fully outlining my coverage. Like life insurance, I’m hoping I’ll never need it, but should the “opportunity” arise, I know I’m prepared.

Answered all my questions and made me feel validated as a customer.

Very easy website to use. Simple and clear instructions and I received my information and wallet card just days later. The small amount per month is well worth it to me as I am disabled and usually use an ambulance at least twice a year. This covers so much more and is something that us older Americans really need, especially if we live alone. Thank You!

The representative at the seminar was very professional and knowledgeable. The MASA product was recommended by travel experts and it’s a product can use for peace of mind while traveling.

Presentation was thorough, seemed like something “you don’t need til ya do”, and a good value that prayerfully I never need to use 😊

I truly believe that every family in America should have the protection of Masa. I was lucky enough to have Jason Morse as my presenter and it was treat, I would highly recommend you attend a seminar and get this product.

We were invited to attend a seminar at a local restaurant . Speaker was very energetic and knowledgeable, and explained all the benefits of the product. They offered many different plans with different durations. If my circumstances were different, I would consider it to be a very good idea to join as a member.

My company representative was considerate, giving personal attention to those who were interested in procuring this type of insurance. He explained all the benefits and payment options, and addressed all my concerns. Signing up was a pleasant experience.

BEWARE!! High Pressure sales tactics designed to intimidate vulnerable senior citizens into signing up at the luncheon seminar. Tommy Bennett is representative in the San Antonio, Texas area. Please beware!! I will be reporting this company and their representative to the local media and the local authorities. What a shame to intimidate and pressure seniors who want to do their due diligence before signing and committing their hard earned money. BUYER BEWARE!
