Everything is good the delivery service and all. But the items I received are not as promised, because the denim I ordered is a little too short and the previous user perhaps altered it's cut.

Unquestionably the best place to buy quality pre-loved clothing online
I have been using Marrkt for several years now, and I am yet to have a negative experience. The customer service is fantastic, returns are processed quickly, and the clothes are amazing. I would, and have, recommend Marrkt to anyone interested in quality clothing.

my parter ordered my a birthday gift…
my parter ordered my a birthday gift from them, it arrives and the quality was nice but style was off for me.
Contacted them for a refund, they did not respond, returned the item with royal mail proof of delivery and no refund as well as no response. Sent a direct message to them and no response. Please respond by the 21st of January or I will have to do a charge back
