I love the concept and wish there was bigger stock, but I’ve had three refunds in a row where it’s gone over the advertised return time and I’ve had to request the refund before it happens.

Fantastic service and great products. I’ve shopped with Marrkt many times and never been disappointed. The fact that you can return an item if they don’t fit is especially helpful.

Excellent range of clothes, exactly the sort of things I like. The company present the clothes well and provides detailed sizing. Ordering and delivery were quick and simple.

I love the daily drops. I have never had anything but top customer service even when there was an issue with an item. I even managed to get some clothes from a celebrity! Love being able to give the clothes a new home and means you get some top stuff for good prices. Often cheaper than even Vinted and eBay but with customer services when things don’t go as well. Limited details on each listing but the live chat is always useful for getting more information.

Great company, great service!

Great selection let down by measurements and a shockingly long refund process. Also, some of the products don’t meet the description and you have to foot the mail costs to return.

Great overall.
Only critique is don't be tempted to spend extra for next day delivery as it took 2 days to despatch my items.
(Ordered evening 24th outside of business hours, the website states same day fulfillment if ordered before 3pm. That would equate to 25th posting, it was sent on 26th)

Will use again 100%, not a complaint, an observation.

From submission of product through to selling items or when buying from the site all very efficient. My only concern is the cost of selling on the site with size of commission and a further charge for ‘fulfilment’ meaning it’s becoming for me unviable….

Dispatched relatively quickly but refund took a long time. Plus they take the refund delivery amount off the return so you actually end up with less money than what you bought the item for.

The Lee Jacket was brand new and half of the RRP. It still had all the tags on and hadn't been worn. Dispatch and delivered promptly and well packaged. Highly recommended vendor

The shoes came as described, which made them an absolute bargain. Royal Mail (delivering out of the UK) was terrible though. Marrkt CS was quick and proactive. The tracking number wasn’t updated even after the parcel has been delivered. YMMV out of the UK.
