Mark Goodwin Pianos Bewertungen

I am so pleased we decided to use Mark Goodwin Pianos. They were knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and inspired confidence from the start. We felt certain that if there were any problems, they would put things right. Fortunately, there were no problems as they provided such a fantastic service, as did their colleagues at PIANOSPEED who effortless collected our old and delivered our new instrument. If only all transactions could be like this!

Mark Goodwin and Julie, both of them were very very good during my Yamaha piano purchase. They promptly responded to all my questions. Delivery of the piano was on time and the whole process went smoothly. I would recommend them. Very happy with their service.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Mark Goodwin Pianos for the U1 rental scheme, and I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience! This scheme is particularly beneficial for young beginners, providing them with a fantastic opportunity to explore and nurture their musical talents without the immediate financial commitment of purchasing a piano outright.

One of the standout aspects of our rental experience was the impeccable condition of the U1 piano we received. It’s evident that Mark Goodwin Pianos takes great pride in maintaining their instruments to the highest standards. The U1 model itself is a joy to play, with responsive keys and a rich, beautiful sound that is sure to inspire and motivate young learners.

In addition to providing top-notch instruments, the service offered by Mark Goodwin Pianos is equally commendable. From the initial inquiry to the delivery of the piano, every interaction was marked by efficiency and professionalism. The team was quick to address our questions and needs, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their prompt service, combined with the excellent condition of their pianos, makes Mark Goodwin Pianos a reliable choice for any aspiring pianist.

In conclusion, if you're considering renting a piano for a budding musician in your family, look no further than Mark Goodwin Pianos. With their exceptional U1 rental scheme, high-quality instruments, and swift service, they have exceeded my expectations and provided a platform for young individuals to embark on their musical journey with confidence and joy. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and quick response. I bought a Yamaha U3 piano in July. It is brilliant and my daughter loves it so much!

Very professional team from selection to delivery.

Excellent advice throughout the process, crucially helping to make the right choice in this important decision. Really good London show room, where one can book a session and test pianos undisturbed. The detailed guidance on the web (piano descriptions, explanations, stock listing) is extremely good and to a level that I have not seen elsewhere. Lifetime warranty and first free tuning are additional features that make MGP pianos and outstanding choice.

Totally stress free purchase - Mark was so helpful, offering me a choice of pianos, playing them for me and advising which one would suit the size of the room. As a born again beginner after 35 years of not playing I didn't feel knowledgeable enough to make a decision so left it in Mark's expert hands. The piano is immaculate and sounds amazing - I would highly recommend Mark Goodwin Pianos.

I am extremely happy with the choices of pianos, the delivery and the communication.
I was sent emails with choice of pianos. Emails contained link to videos so that we can see, compare and decide. I highly appreciate this.
The delivery was smooth. The guys took every precaution while delivering into the room of our choice. Very professional indeed.
The communication throughout the process was excellent. The prices, 0% finance, delivery etc were clearly communicated.
The piano we received is of high quality. My daughter is really enjoying playing it every day. Thanks.

I recently bought a Yamaha Ux from
Mark and absolutely love it. It is a beautiful piano and a beautiful piece of furniture. It sounds fantastic and it’s in great condition for its age. From the moment I decided to buy the piano the attention and service was fantastic. The delivery and set up was amazing and Mark even offers a free tuning Overall a great service and a wonderful piano so if you are in the market for a piano you would not go wrong chatting to Mark and his team.

I have been using Mark Goodwin’s business for many years and have had a few students buy from him too. We recently purchased a U1 for Padiham Town Hall to create some art and music into Padiham. The council was so thrilled they even had a special meeting to arrange the delivery. The town hall was buzzing especially on delivery day. Guys were really good delivered with extreme care and attention to detail. Mark Goodwin is definitely the place to buy a piano if you want good attentive service before and after delivery.

I emailed MGP asking several questions and Mark was EXTREMELY helpful. He answered in a quick manner and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mark Goowin Pianos for any piano questions or needs you may have. Kimberly in the U.S.

Really easy to organise buying a used piano and taking away the old on without any hassle. New piano looks and sounds good

Just like to say that Mark Goodwin Pianos is friendly, has excellent customer service keeping their promise even after many years. I had received a reply right away when I called today and helped me right away. Highly recommend Mark & Julie if you are looking to buy a piano.

Mark is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with. I have been in discussions with him about the sale of a Yamaha U1 and he came back to me quickly with a valuation and all the information I required around how the process would work, collection, insurance of the item etc. I am not surprised by the excellent reputation they have and it is well worth reviewing their social media output for information (and some entertainment!). Frankly, if you are in the market for a top quality used piano, particularly Yamaha, I am not sure why you would you go anywhere else.

I had a great experience dealing with mark goodwin pianos. Initially read through the website for advice. From phoning up, to choosing a piano to delivery, all was organised seemlessly and very efficient. Great to have a lovely family piano in the home

Absolutely the best company to buy a piano from. Even though I didn’t visit the showroom, I didn’t feel worried about spending money on something I hadn’t seen. Videos were available and emails were answered really quickly. My first tuning has already been booked in and I love my piano!!!

The team at Mark Goodwin were fantastic in helping us choose a piano for our family, including making changes to the model offered to suit us best. Their communication throughout was superb and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you!

We brought our kids a piano from these amazing people a month ago. I left it a bit to feed back but Incase you are wondering does the novelty wear off ? No it doesn’t. The boy is playing daily for fun, teaching himself and learning so much. We love the sensory feed back a piano gives rather than a clavinova type. Plus it’s tone is lovely. Put it in a carpeted room if you don’t like loud all the time though the acoustics in a room with wooden floor is amazing. It’s so cool to hear it being played and guess I have to admit to playing again after far too long.
MPG made the process effortless and are very professional. Well done guys.

I bought a piano with Mark and Julie back in January/ February as i've mentioned in a previous review. Since then though they have provided excellent aftercare and were more than happy to help provide me with an evaluation of the piano as required by my home insurance. They really are amazing people and provide a brilliant service. I would recommend them to everyone unreservedly.
