If anything could be improved it would be offer exposure through social media as well as the usual channels. Overall very happy with the service we received both as a buyer and a seller and would recommend.

I sold a property through the Wakefield branch, Manning Stainton always had viewers lined up. Georgie was great at keeping me informed. The property fell through a couple of times but MS were quick to ensure no time was wasted in finding new buyers. Anne Rimmington was so helpful, ensuring I was kept in the loop and chasing up solicitors. Would definitely use again.

I've sold with these and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them at ALL. They're brilliant if you're buying from them, but if you're selling, they'll just call you, rip you off, and give you false information. They'll slip something into the contract that you haven't actually read, so you have to be absolutely careful. Make sure you read every single detail because they say one thing and then do something totally opposite. I spoke to the branch manager again today and, as expected, he just defended his staff. I've been totally conned, 100%, and there's nothing I can do about it. Would not recommend dealing with them at all.

We had a difficult sale due to my buyer and their solicitor but Manning Stainton were brilliant especially Ann the convenience manager. Ann was fantastic at chasing all the relevant parties and keeping us informed throughout the whole process.

Overall we wanted good communication and to be kept in the loop, especially as first time buyers we weren't sure what hidden requirements would come up. Ann was great for this and kept us up to date with what was going on. Only marking down to a 4 because we felt we weren't kept in the loop before Ann got involved.

Completion day was smooth and they came to collect the sold sign promptly.
