Gloria who took me around a few properties was so lovely, helpful & friendly and Deborah who handled the offer process was also brilliant - a nice smooth journey

Sara was a real help and support during the conveyancing process.

Had a really nice experience buying a house through manning Stainton. I felt like they were really doing what they could to keep us informed and up to date with what was going on through the sale and our estate agent, Megan, was really lovely to speak to. She made us feel really welcomed, relaxed and reassured throughout. Having dealt with a different company prior to this, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth at how I was spoken to and treated. So Manning Stainton really made me feel good about the whole experience and did everything they could to get the process moving along quickly.

As first time buyers, we were nervous about getting everything right, and making sure we fully understood every step throughout the purchase of our property. I would like to thank Debby and the team at Manning Stainton for providing such an excellent service and supporting us throughout the process!

Our experience with manning Stainton, from day one has been excellent. We asked to view a property with them and they were extremely organised and helpful throughout the offer process.
Then after our offer had been excepted we were contacted by Rochelle and Gemma who have been amazing through the whole process. They have been happy to help with any questions, they always reply to messages left for them. They kept us updated with any information.
I wish I had of listed my house with them and not hunters!
Thank you for everything.

I had an excellent experience with Manning Stainton Pudsey throughout my move.

Briony was amazing from the start — friendly, supportive, and always happy to help. Every member of staff I dealt with in the office was professional, approachable, and efficient, which made the whole process feel far less stressful.

A special mention goes to Sara Wilson, my Move Manager, who was outstanding. She kept me fully informed at every stage, chased anything that was needed promptly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. Her communication and organisation gave me real confidence that everything was being handled properly.

I’m genuinely grateful for the support from the whole team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Manning Stainton Pudsey to anyone looking for a smooth, well-managed move.

Rochelle and Gemma have been very helpful in supporting us through the process of purchasing our home and we’re always prompt at updating us along the way!

We decided to go with Manning Stainton Pudsey after getting a few quotes from local estate agents and finding Manning Stainton seemed to understand the local market the best. We were proved right after we quickly got viewings and an offer we accepted. On accepting the offer we were assigned to Gemma and Rochelle, both of whom I cannot speak more highly of. They were always friendly and helpful as well as being realistic. They did not over promise so we always knew what was happening and when it was likely to happen which is exactly what we needed as first time sellers. They were easy to contact and did a great job keeping things moving when we had difficulties with others in the chain. Thank you for all your help!

Had a house viewing and they were very helpful and gave all the information I needed to know. And also helping me through the buying process.

Ellie has been super friendly, helpful and professional throughout the often tense process! Can't fault her, really. thankyou....

Dealt with Briony on selling two properties now and her expertise and knowledge has been invaluable. Always contacts you when promised and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I used mannings to sell my house as they are a key player in the area of Rodley so knew the market well. Key highlights; the photos are superb they get a proper photographer in not just someone on an iPhone and I'm a big believer photos sell a house. Next up was Deborah my negotiator absolutely first class, I work at a 100mph so very on top of things which I know can get annoying to some but Deborah was fantastic with providing timely updates and just been a great listener and giving direction. Would definitely recommend

Gemma & Rochelle have been brilliant with continuous updates , made the whole process much easier , thank you both!

Manning Stainton in Pudsey have been really great throughout the sale of our property. From start to finish they were very professional and friendly. It has been a difficult process with a lack of communication from and between solicitors but Gemma and Rochelle always made the effort to chase things up and let me know what was happening even if they weren't able to find anything new out, and this really helped. There's nothing worse than thinking noone is doing anything but Gemma and Rochelle have been very reliable and supportive throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Rochelle and Gemma dealt with the final stage of selling a deceased estate on my behalf
The difficulties I had was managing the house sale whilst living 12000klm outside the Uk
There continued update this process made it so much easier
They went above and beyond to help me
Unfortunately my conveyancer did not communicate effectively
If I had not received an ongoing report from both Gemma and Rochelle it could have taken longer for contracts to be exchanged
Thank you both
I would have no hesitation recommending them and the team if selling or buying a property

Sarah was really helpful, excellent communication and reassurance when I was feeling the stress. Helped me when needed and kept me updated.

Sara Wilson made this whole process the best it could be under difficult circumstances and a house sale falling through. Easy to get hold of, friendly and a hard worker, cant thank her enough

Charlotte Poutney was the home move manager involved in my purchase and she was absolutely incredible.

I was already co-ordinating with my buyer, however there were several in the chain and honestly Charlotte was the glue helping to hold it all together.

Buying and selling a home is such a stressful experience and Charlotte took initiative to proactively contact solicitors and others involved to get it over the line!! I couldn't rate her more highly!

⁷Not helpful. Aboustley would not use manning stainton. Got ignored all the time.had to get my solicitor involved
The surveyor they use was really arrogant. The pudsey manager was full of himself

I've already submitted a review on my recent experience with Manning Stainton in Pudsey and this is to further emphasise the help given by Sara Wilson. The process had taken a long time, for various reasons, but Sara provided an important link between me, my buyer and the conveyancing area. She was always polite, informative and ready to listen to any query I might have. I really appreciated her help in achieving my completion date before the Christmas holiday. Thank you.
