My wife and I were impressed with Helen both in relation to her local knowledge of houses in the area and her ability to match us up for a buyer for the property very quickly . Her advice was clear and always based on sound common sense . However in my experience common sense is actually not very common . Helen gave us sensible and sound advice throughout . We met a lot of agents wanting to sell our home . Some were young and 'flash , others were 'part of a team ' with devices and calculators to work out the price of the house . Helen and her team had sold most houses on our road and it was very easy to see why .
