Amazing service from start to finish

Exceptional at selling the property but did not do sufficient checks on the buyers source of funds which led to a very protracted period before exchange. Our initial sales progresser lacked urgency, however when Phoebe came on board to help finalise the sale, she was exceptional and had to deal with challenging conversations but did it all very professionally. Thank you Phoebe!

The 2 stars are for them putting our house on Rightmove. Manning Stainton promised a great service and fell very short. Individually they were very pleasant people .

I really appreciated being given weekly updates through the process. We had other parties (solicitors/other agent etc) who were very uncommunicative and left us frustrated. However Manning Stainton were very good at letting us know as much as they knew on a regular basis and we really appreciated this.
