Spent thousands of pounds with M&P over the last decade including three bike purchase and loads of clothing and parts. This companies customer service has been going downhill for the last few years and has now reached rock bottom.
I’m currently in dispute with them over a free under warranty repair which they charged me for but didn't even complete. I think it was around the time that the company recently changed ownership. They claim there was no fault found but they didn’t even complete a very basic electrical fault finding check despite me giving them a detailed description of the fault and pinpointing the fault to the starter motor itself. A local electrician found the fault in less than 5 minutes and it was simply a bad earth connection. Bike now runs perfectly and I’m currently trying to get my money back through a dispute with my credit card company , if this fails I have video evidence of the fault being diagnosed to take to small claims court and it would probably make a good you tube video too. I’m awaiting their written reply but so far no response . Such a shame because many years ago they were really great but unfortunately now at all the bike meets I attend there are too many similar stories of bad or shocking customer service at M&P. I really hope the new owner sees this, I’m more than happy to talk to him if he wants to reach out to give him my honest opinion of my recent experiences. By the way for all you ladies and gents thinking of having your bike serviced at M&P the hourly workshop rate is £95 per hour !

I ordered a ignition switch and after 7 days I had to ring them and they told me it had not been sent so they said they would get one from another supplier and get in the post the following day
Its now 9 days and still nothing
The bank holiday is upon us and im without my bike
very disappointed to say the least

Appalling customer service. Tried to return a new battery after 3 months unused which was clearly faulty from day one. Told it wouldn't be covered. Awful.

Paid for a rear 240 tyre for my diavel as they had special on them on their eBay listing bargain price of £131. Day later get notification that order was cancelled and told out of stock and being refunded but they still have the tyre advertised but now at £214 now and over 10 in stock!!. Was told I could call their sales line and they would see what price they could do if I still wanted the tyre but wouldn't be at the £131 I had paid. Basically stinks of greed they cancelled my order at £131 and list the tyres at £214 and don't honour the price I paid!!

Staff are very helpful and professional.
Their knowledge was very extensive and provided suitable advice for what I needed.

They took my partner's Husqvarna last October, it's been half of a year, there's no news on when it'd be repaired. If you call them, they'll just tell you that they've been busy and very rude! Do not buy from them, SCAM deanship :((((

Confused on parts to order,spoke with m&p parts department chris he verified parts I required, prices and compatibility with my bike.

Bad customer service

Went onto there eBay shop asked if the service kit I picked would fit my bike they said no but give the shop a phone , I did and they weren’t very helpful this time gave them the model of bike and year could of helped me get the right parts but didn’t told me just to type the year I and bike into there store on eBay( I had already done this) I had filled my basket on there site as well with bits and bobs and just needed the parts added to service my bike

Total reversal of the same question a few years ago for a different bike when looking for parts last time they took the time to help me search then out

Ordered brake pads, chain and sprockets for my bike. No stock levels online but past experience had always been good

Unfortunately, they had a delay on the sprockets so the order took 10 days to arrive. Not a massive deal but would have been good to know the stock levels when I was ordered so my expectations could be set

Bought my shoei lid from M and P after three years riding the rain seal failed I contacted them and sent it back they sorted it with Feridax and sent it back within three weeks with a new seal, great communication throughout- I always check their shop first - and the points scheme got me money off my tyres -sweet!

I placed an order from Tonsa, and last Saturday, I tracked my courier, which showed as undelivered because the consignee was supposedly not at home. However, I did not receive a single call, nor was my doorbell rung. On Monday, I called the M&P Lahore regional office, and they informed me that my parcel was at their office and would be resent. I followed up daily, but on Wednesday, they told me they had returned the parcel. When I contacted their Karachi office, their call agents disconnected my call three times without resolving my issue. That is worst courier company in Pakistan.

Don't buy from m&p. As another unhappy customer writes a review. I paid for a pair of motorcycle trousers 19 days ago and have contacted them twice now and both times been told that they would arrive the following day. And hey presto still nothing two days after my last call. They don't mind taking my 40 quid though. Unfortunately I purchased before I read the reviews. M&p you should be ashamed of yourselves.

What a crock of shit this company has become, recently ordered two parts for my vfr, paid for first class postage, one item arrived after six days the other took two and a half weeks, latest order for clutch cover gasket is still not here eight days on. When you query them, they lie blatantly to you just to get you off the phone, they must order everything in once a customer has paid. Been buying from m and p for years, I shan't be dealing with them again. Get a grip m&p.

Ordered a pair of tires,and the rear was the wrong size (my error) rang m&p ,got straight through to a very helpful chap called Lee,who organised a return label,incorrect one sent back in a day and correct one sent back the next,excellent service,highly recommended

I recently purchased a waterproof jacket, at a great sale price, I might add, which unfortunately had a broken zip. I emailed M and P and very quickly got a response from Chris asking for pictures (understandably), which I provided. The next day, Chris agreed it was faulty and would send another jacket, which arrived within 2 days. I then offered to return the faulty one and was told to keep it with their compliments !
This company was recommended to me by a fellow biker, and I can't praise them enough. Faultless communication and customer service, well done M & P and Thank you.

These company should be part of every company presentation regarding NEGLECTED customer support. Due to their @#$#%%$@ ecommerce system, during an online order 3 of my cards declined and the order was never processed or registered under my account. BUT the money are bind from all 3 cards and now I am waiting these slackers to reply my repeated e-mails. I send the all the details provided from my banks to help them and they still can't do the minimum required from their side.
Since they don't want to cooperate the easy way, there is always the legal way.

Ordered item on Thursday. As told on web site if I paid.£5 delivery. Delivery on sat or Sunday. So I paid. Then I get a e mail delivery on Monday. Not happy very misleading. Will not use them ever again. Annoying as went thru man add. Should have known better . Told delivery Monday between 9 am and 12 did not arrive. Then told by fed ex before 6 pm. Did not arrive. They even claimed they delivered it . Losing scum still waiting . Now I want a full refund. Do no use this company ever

Phoned shop Saturday to check on availability of rear brake shoes and was told yes they are on the shelf so told them I would pick up first thing Monday. Been to shop today (90miles each way) only to be told they don't have any! Looked on eBay shop and they are still advertising them, when I explained that to counter man just got a shrug of the shoulders! Been using them for 40 years but will not be using them again.
