Ordered parts for my tt500, the guy helping me was very helpful and got it all sorted, thank you for all your help

Was recommended to use fowlers as I have just started my own workshop up . First order was amazing easy and the guy I ordered with needs a pay rise very helpful. Unfortunately I dint get his name. The 2nd time I ring I talked to somone els it was a difrent story short blunt and couldn't be bothered to help at all.

Used them twice for parts I needed urgently. Arrived following morning.

Experienced, knowledgeable, competent and helpful sales staff should be the norm for all businesses. Sadly in this day and age it isn't. For Fowlers it definitely is. Thank you.

Some of the customer service agents on the phone are not personable and helpful when facing problems not caused by the customer.

Ordered a right handle bar for my Kawasaki Ninja 650 from Fowlers Parts. Arrived fast, packaged like it was carrying the crown jewels, and in perfect condition. Price was spot on, shipping fair, and communication was smoother than my Ninja on fresh tarmac. Huge thanks to Sam for making it all easy, you’re a legend! Highly recommend.

Ordered head bearings for a scooter using chassis number, sent 2 bottom bearings as their sales person said they are the same, after stripping down the Yamaha scooter found the bearings are different sizes so I now have a scooter stripped down and have had to order the correct one with another £8.95 +vat for delivery, that makes it over £20 just in postage, no offer of sending post free due to their mistake. THANKS!

I purchased some Kawasaki parts from Fowlers for my wife’s motorcycle.I initially dealt with Nick in sales by email who was really helpful and answered my query promptly. It was Nick again who I ended up speaking with when I ordered the parts over the telephone.
I found Nick again to be helpful, patient and at no time rushed. There were plenty of email updates relation to progress of the parts.It was a good customer experience.
I did need to contact Fowlers returns department where I liaised with Alex by email. Again Alex was very helpful and professional providing me with a couple of options to proceed. It was nice there was no issues or any reluctance not to deal with the return which is nice from a customers point which impressed me a lot.
I would recommend Fowlers parts to anybody who is needing replacements parts for their motorcycle.

What they do is they take your order and then only send what they have and cancel the rest. They won't contact you about it and offer to wait or cancel the whole order, no. So you could be short one tiny part that costs less than shipping and then you have to overpay to get it from elsewhere. They did this to me twice so this is not an accident.

What an amazing company, ordered the part on Friday afternoon, arrived Saturday afternoon. Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

What's not to like .

Brought a coil pack for a ktm sx50,
This item didn't work and parts refused to swap even tho we have a receipt.

Very poor service.

Order placed on a Sunday evening, Delivered to the Channel Islands 2 days later. Great service will definitely use again

The guys there go above and beyond was on the phone for twenty minutes finding me parts and paint for my 96 vn classic even though there not made anymore, found the lot for me. Big thanks to Phil.

This is a place that understands the bikers brain. I needed some pretty obscure Yam parts. Suffice it to say, they were important to me. They weren't expensive. No one's going to feed their family on what I spent, but Craig at Fowlers knows the score. He was a great help and my bikes back together and ready for some sun. Items delivered rapido. Fowlers will be my first stop for help next time. Brilliant service.

Using Fowlers for parts for my Sprint ST. The parts images are great and help get the right part. Alternative part numbers would be good. There was one part out of stock but the alternative for the tiger was in stock and cheaper. Found that out on google. Delivery very quick to north of Scotland.

I'm not impressed with the lack of customer care😡
I bought a speedo adjustment tool off these people but when the part arrived it was missing a tiny screw that was essential for the component to work --- I have attempted several times to email them & a couple of phone calls -- but I got no response at all & now I'm left with an overpriced plastic stick that has no use??
I've recently sent them another final email 🤞🤞 hoping they get in touch - but so far no response!?!?!
I'm hoping that this negative feedback grabs their attention 🫤 as it does with so many other brands who care about what their customers have to say about their lack of after - sales - customer - care 🥺& professionalism!
