I called Magsstore Customer Service to report that no issues were received of World Magazine, which I'd ordered as a gift subscription for a grandson last year. They said they'd investigate this but could not give me a case number for our conversation; I could just "call back" and give the subscription info again if I didn't hear from them. I was surprised that a business of this size would not provide a case number.

I came across magsstore.com because book titles I was searching for on Amazon were just not showing up. About a week or two after coming across magsstore.com I reluctantly placed my first order of four books. The order did not arrived in the 3-5 business days timeframe so I emailed customer service, on a weekend, and a few hours later I got a response with tracking number for my order. My order is said to arrive the following day of leaving this review. The response from Mike, the Customer Service Representative was prompt and reassuring.
