Es la peor aseguranza que existe aseguras tu carro con ellos y de repente vez que estás con otra full cover no existe asegure a mi hijo que le compre el carro y todo en regla pagando los pagos al mes hasta que pasó un accidente y el carro se prendió en fuego hicimos el claim con magnum y después nos dijeron que teníamos que hacer otro claim con American alliance que supuestamente esa era nuestra aseguranza. Lo hicimos dimos todos los datos de todos los que vivimos en la casa y estaban esperando por el reporte de la policía y estábamos en contacto todo el tiempo y al último me llega una carta diciendo que negaron mi claim porque yo soy la dueña de el carro y no estaba en la aseguranza pero si yo no manejo ese carro !! Yo tengo mi propio carro y mi aseguranza y esa fue la razón que cerraron mi claim y cancelaron mi póliza nunca me dijeron en todo el proceso nada solo así cancelado y fui a la agencia de magnum y se están echando la pelota una a otra y seguían cobrando mis pagos. Es una agencia que no cuida a sus clientes no les importan y no se las recomiendo no pagaron por ningún towing no se hicieron cargo de nada es el peor costumer service que hay !!! Solo contestan ya cancelamos y de ahí no se mueven y se lavan las manos no se los recomiendo a nadie no cuidan a sus clientes y como voy a estar asegurada si el que maneja el carro es mi hijo yo tengo mi propio carro y mi propia aseguranza y por esa razón me la cancelaron y cuando más necesite de esta compañía se voltearon aveces nos vamos por lo más barato pero uno obtiene lo que uno paga no se las recomiendo a nadie cuando pasa algún problema buscan de donde no pagar y eso lo hicieron con nosotros no quieren cubrir el daño de mi carro y ya cerraron mi cuenta y no hay más nada que hacer no compren en esta aseguranza sobretodo nosotros los latinos no cubre el full cover ciertas cosas y yo no pude no rentar carro por parte de ellos ni pagaron ningún remolque de carro

Zero stars, when Allstate, progressive, geico, state farm and other give me a better quote. Magnum was the highest and claims they have one of the lowest price. Lies

I would give negative stars if i could. I had an accident in November of 23, and my car is still not fixed. CHRISTINA FINNEGAN, the adjuster "working on" my claim has not responded to my calls (3 in the past week or so) and this lazy negligent company made me file with the other party's insurance and have been denied by both because it wasnt filed correctly since these lazy incompetent bean counters wouldnt do their job and contact the other company for me AS IS THEIR JOB. I hope this reaches people before they get screwed over by this poor excuse for an agency.

Do NOT, for the Christ of love, DO NOT purchase ANY type of insurance from this company. I get it! They’re cheap and that may seem like a benefit but it’s not. They’re a middle man, they’re not an ACTUAL company you directly talk to. They are looking to make a sale and take your money. The moment you have an accident THEY WONT BE THERE FOR YOU. They will ignore your claims and calls. Do NOT purchase from them. Do NOT keep giving them business. If You just bought from this insurance company cancel as quickly as possible or when it’s time for a renewal. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN AN ACCIDENT OCCURS. All those positive reviews you see on google they are from the trainees themselves and from people who haven’t been in an accident yet and have not exerperience what kind of care this agency provides. Do NOT trust them. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Lo barato puede salir caro Y así fue Aunque ni tan barato mal servicio al cliente de el subcontrato unique insurance y producers ajustadores; se tardan mucho, tienen mucha ignorancia, no saben tratar al cliente, lo único que buscan es no pagarte no arreglar tu carro, a mi me pegaron hace meses y salieron con excusas falsas y no ofrecen una solución los ridículos piden reporte de policía por una piedra que le pegó al parabrisas, imposible. no se trata de un accidente la policía no hace reportes por eso y con el parabrisas una piedra al azar se tardan una semana para hacer averiguaciones si no estabas usando tu carro por motivos comerciales, inaudito.

Esta compania de aseguranza es una puerqueria fui hoy no me precentava ace como 16 años y esta peor compre mi ceguro pero me arepiento pero ni modo lo eche echo para que se me quite lo tonto no se las recomiendo son unos ladrones ineptos in cervibles y mal carientos asta nunca magnum dentro de 6 meces te tiro ala vasura

I have my mother she is 70 years old and she have her cars insurance with one of you’re office in Rockford I have when there for a payment that over charge my mother and the manager in that location was very rude disrespectful and not only that he give us no good treatment or resolve are issue we would told that are next 3 payments left in the cicle wast to pay 122.00 and they have told us to wait 5 days to get the credit that they overcharged now they keep calling my mom to pay 160.00 this so frustrating for my mother because they keep calling her when the manager mr. Rivera had say different amount now my old mother keep getting call from this manager every a hour disrespectful language I am very upset that this men if we call him a men keep abusing he’s title I need help if any body can help getting a phone bummer for the distric manager for Rockford location address 617 s Rockford ave in Rockford I be very grateful to get the inf thanks

This business is not a real insurance company. They are a middle man liaison that searches and finds quotes and they take commission. The reap insurance as long as they get a payment too they don't care if there is a middle man. I have had two occasions where someone hit my car recklessly and magnum insurance did not do a dam thing they instead sent me to speak to the other drivers insurance and these morons and magnum insurance they don't even read the police report. I strongly recommend you save your money and go as soon as you can to state farm or American family insurance or farmers cause magnum is total complete scam and trash. They only want that deposit every month but they will never give one bird crap about your claim.

CAN YOUR JOB GET ANY FREAKING EASIER !!!!!! THESE COMPLETE FREAKING NO MINDS HAVE NOT SENT ME A COPY OF MY POLICY GOING on month number 2 I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS WITH THESE MORONS EVERY 6 MONTHS I have called them three times and still nothing but a bunch of people that need to be replaced with people who get the job done.

Despite the financing feature of having or getting insurance from magnum I've had no problems but much appreciated help n professionalism from agents at the 26 St Chicago ill office from manager to assistants😉👍.

I like it and less expansive then the one in the market

A hassle checking my previous proof of insurance especially since I paid the annual fee in full.
