Plexe has some of the worst customer service for a financial company. You cannot get ahold of someone directly. There is no customer service number and the main way to contact them is through their chap on the website which can take them hours to respond.

It is somewhat "easy" to get funds but you do not get actual statements or reports on your loans which can be difficult when it comes to bookkeeping.

The user interface on their website is easy and difficult to use at the same time. You can easily see how much of a loan you can get and take the money but if you need to make changes to your account, it is impossible. My account has been set up with the wrong bank account as the primary one and I cannot change it myself and have asked to have it changed but it has not been yet.

I made a deal with plexe that I pay them back $12,000. And we avoid litigation. After paying them back $12,000 they took out of my account $904. . This shows you this company simply does not keep its word but is trying to rip me off .

We found this company great to deal with during the sales process and the initial stages of our facility. There is a lack of transparency and willingness to engage once your facility is operational. This type of finance facility assisted our business greatly when it was needed but I would not recommend Plexe. Our facility has been finalised and we are still trying to receive back all our funds and reconcile accounts, but cannot get them to engage via email or phone which creates a great deal of distrust when in a financial relationship.

Michael has great experience; I've had the opportunity to talk with him for a while know. He is really, kind and helpful. I would recommend Plexe without a doubt.

It's one thing to go through the motions of applying for a business loan that could be the building factor of your business but it's another thing all together when you speak to someone that actually listens and sounds like they care. I needed some quick access to cashflow, as I got some larger orders than usual from customers. My bank told me overdraft application time to actually access funds would be 6 weeks. And they needed a mountain of paperwork to boot. Plexe sorted me out quickly and at a reasonable cost for the cashflow finance.
