The company assisted us to a high level of customer service. We ordered the incorrect product and they were efficient and pleasant in helping us get the wrong product returned and refunded - then went out of their way to make sure that we found the right product for our needs. It took a while to sort out my equipment needs once we decided not to have reliance on the internet for our front door camera, lock release and keypad. It took patience and research to choose and use the high quality commercial equipment maglocks provides.
I could not have done the selection and install without the consulting and coaching of Ron Wenskoski. He understood the somewhat narrow path I had chosen and made sure I had every thing I needed for success. He helped with some troubleshooting at the end of the install that saved me a lot of time.
Look the home owner like myself with some working knowledge of electricity and electronics would have a very difficult time doing this. If you don't have any experience you should hire someone to help. BUT if you want to tackle the project Ron is just the guy to guide you through it.
The end of the line for us is that if you do NOT want to rely on the internet for front door camera, door release and controls you must use Maglocks equipment. It will not be cheaper but it will be reliable (I have battery backup to the power supplies) and it will not fail with the frequency of our local ISP.
