Nicely thought out kit. Wiring diagram a plus! Did not expect that. I guess I should have thought to get cable along with the hardware. Everything worked first time. Wireless remotes, both flat fixed and key fobs had real good distance even through glass from the receiving office. The customer is happy.

I got reliably good advice from Ron and Chris about a remote doorlock I installed in my home. Unfortunately one of the key pieces of the installation, the 923 Keypad failed after one year. The replacement has worked but we get unusual intermittent failures to function. It works now but I may have to open up the wiring if it happens again. Some kind of snap connectors might be useful for the 923 wiring. Or perhaps a smaller substitute for a wire nut.
I would do it again but if there are many more intermittent failures I may have to rethink my approach.

Once I figured how to install it, the product was wonderful. No complaint what so ever with product. The installations information was pitiful. Actually very little information was provided. Just info with each individual component and one very bad installation schematic. Maybe a 2 rating is a little harsh but I wanted to get someones attention. Great Product!!!!!

We have been installing Maglocks on or restroom doors. One of the control boards fried. The gentleman that I talked to asked about power output to the board. He explained the possible issues well. Found out that the power supply was bad. They sent new ones. Solved the issue.

I bought locks, a doorbird, sensors, transformers and a timer to lock a wine cabinet in a restaurant. Their rep Ron helped me and was invaluable at figuring out the right solution and getting the equipment working quickly and efficiently. I told him and I meant it that I plan to come back because of the outstanding service support. Made a huge difference sorting this all out.
