Some areas could have had more simplistic explanations and could have had more communication however once this issue was raised very quickly resolved

Absolutely useless.

On their website, they say they'd deal with accidents caused by hazards at a Coop store - whether you're a customer or employee. When I got in touch, they have been absolute useless, telling me they wouldn't deal with such case. Rubbish service. They are probably working for coop. Coop has never looked after their employees. They treat staff like rubbish.

Rebecca Genner dealt with a sale and purchase for us, she went above and beyond for us to get moved the week before Christmas. With a buyers solicitor dragging her heels and a seller who has no concept of life to handle a property sale, with two private roads and covenants to deal with Rebecca kept us pushing through every challenge and we wouldn’t have made it over the line if we didn’t have Rebecca in our corner.

After a couple of late pulls outs by prospective buyers, finally completed on the third time of asking, Sara at Mack’s very patient , informant and executed the sale with efficiency .Big thanks.

Fast and efficient and a pleasure to deal with

Mack’s were really helpful from the start when I enquired about selling my late mums house privately. They kept us well informed with the sale and although the buyers solicitors were not very forthcoming with information they worked hard to get the answers we needed and really pushed for the sale to go through on a date we had set. Thank you to everyone involved in the conveyance team especially Sara.

All emails were responded to promptly and professionally. Excellent service.

Needed urgent employment law advice from a notice of redundancy that came on a Friday. We had to make a decision by Tuesday so there was a real urgency.
I sent a callback request on Mack’s online form on Saturday and while I didn’t expect a response at the weekend I didn’t even get a “we have received your email” message so I kept checking just in case. I have never received a response to that online form.
Monday morning I saw on the website that the offices open at 8 so I rang the number given. I went into an auto answering service and then cut off twice.
Once I could get away from my desk I called the 01642 number and was put through to the employment solicitors office. I explained the urgency to the lady that answered and the background to my issue. I also explained that I was willing to pay any amount for advice as I didn’t want to make a decision without the security that I was being treated fairly and that my options were valid. The lady told me she would pass my details to the solicitor to get back in touch asap and that was the end. I’ve never had any contact back and I ended up using Just Answer for £15 in desperation Monday night.
Very disappointing for a local company with a supposedly great reputation.
