I January 2025 following the death of my wife I met Jessica to help me formulate a new will, one which would protect the interests of my property for the benefit of my children.I had already completed the necessary requirements to HM Land Registry to change the property joint ownership to mine,singular. In May I rang LR to enquire how long my re registration would take only to be confronted by a brusque officer who told me to ditch the Deed of Variation condition otherwise he didn’t know how long the approval would take.
