I wasn’t sure if a refurbished MacBook would be the right fit for my work, but I’m so glad I took the plunge with Mac4Sale. My MacBook arrived in pristine condition and is running like a dream. Best investment I’ve made in a while!

Dreadful company with dreadful customer service. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, have emailed several times and keep getting fobbed off with ' your items will be posted by the end of this week'. End of week never comes. I have tried calling over and over, get 2 options to select from, then a busy tone. EVERY TIME.

I don't expect to receive my little girls Christmas presents in time now and I am absolutely furious.

Please avoid using this company.

If I do not receive a full refund very soon I will be taking further action.

As soon as I bought a laptop (online from their UAE store), this so-called store took my money and said that the price on the website was incorrect because of an error, asking me to pay the difference.

Since I was not satisfied with the answer I requested a refund that I’ve never seen (it was 2+ months ago), they started sending automated emails that have no relation to the context and when I tried to contact them, they didn't respond to my emails and the phone numbers on their website and in Google Places don't work either.

So glad I found Mac4Sale website! My laptop arrived in fantastic condition & packed well and works like new. This company really knows their stuff when it comes to refurbished tech.

Super fast service. Customer support was quick. My mac arrived in Lush Conditon.

Great quality at an amazing value! I used to buy new, but now I always turn to these guys for my office computer needs. They're my new go-to for sure.

Excellent Value. Why buy new when you can get such great quality from these guys? These guys are my new go-to for my computer purchases for my office.

Eco-Friendly and High Quality. I love that I could buy a high-quality laptop and help reduce e-waste at the same time. Highly recommended.

Very Satisfied! The refurbished laptop purchased exceeded my expectations. It's fast, clean, and looks brand new. Great customer service too--they were always helpful!

Smooth Performance. My refurbished Mac laptop runs like a dream. i was skeptical at first, but this has been one of the best purchases. I've made for my son's birthday. Thank You.

Top-Notch Quality. I'm really impressed with the quality of the refurbished Mac I purchased. It's fast, reliable, and perfect for my needs. Thanks!

Superb Value for Money. I was hesitant about buying a refurbished MacBook, but the quality exceeded my expectations. It runs smoothly, and I saved a lot compared to buying a new MacBook!

My brother with learning disability bought a macbook pro to pay off monthly but changed his mind and returned it the same day it arrived in the post. But they refused to tell the loan company they he had cancelled and returned it. My brother got pestered by the loan company for over a year and was threatened to be taken to court. We had to get citizenz advice involved and a lawyer who is a friend of the family involved. They finally did wgat they were meant to after a year and informed the load company it was cancelled. They knew my brother had a condition and thought they could get away with fraud. But they didn't get away with it in the end.
Avoid Mac4sale at all costs, my best advice to. Definitely scammers.

his 'Company' is an arm of PCDirect. . You shold review their TrustP page too!
These people are fraudsters. You will not recive the item odered or a refund.
Their phone number is not manned ever!
They respond to Emails only to string you along. you will never see your money again, let alone what you ordered! BE WARNED

Wish I had read the reviews.

Mac4Sale is a scam and a fraudulent business. Nothing delivered after ordering. Paid extra for DPD Delivery and DPD never contacted us to acknowledge the order.

This is, put simply, a scam.

STAY AWAY FROM MAC4SALE. This company is a SCAM and does not exist!! Avoid at all costs!! My order never turned up, there is no customer service, DO NOT ORDER.

I paid for some mac cables and a month later still don't have them. So I emailed and was told it would definitely be sent that week. Then nothing. I keep emailing, nothing. I can't reach them by phone. I guess it's small claims court next. If someone just takes your money, that's theft, right?

Avoid avoid avoid I placed an order for an iPad mini it’s not arrived after a week no reply to email no answer to phone 📞

Absolute fraudsters

This is A scam company it should be Closed and they should be Charged for stealing people money. As of today they didn't deliver any laptop and They took £1255 in my account.
