Buyer Beware. Slow customer service, missed order details and poor communications on returns and refunds. If you're ordering out of necessity or as a business, please don't.

This company have stolen over £2000 from me and are refusing to pay it back. I ordered a mac in NOVEMBER 25 - and was told it was coming for weeks on end but it never turned up. I then asked for a refund at the start on January 26 and have been told again and again that it was coming- but I still have not had it as of the end if FEB 26.

I have now reported it to the police, companies house, my credit card company and trading standards to try and get it back.

Whenever I call I get no answers, they ignore my emails. This is theft plain and simple. Do not use them.

If you are reading this - I work in PR - I will take this to the press too - give me back my money.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Ordered an iPod Nano on 2 Jan and kept being told it would ship and it never arrived. It was never shipped. Then getting the refund has been painful. I still haven’t been refunded they have my money! I have had to go through my bank’s chargeback scheme but have been told it will take a while. I feel this is a scam company to be honest. Stay away.

Buyer be very AWARE!!! Avoid at all cost and choose different suppliers which offer amazing customers service from order to delivery.
Order placed 12/01/'26 - conformation email was sent with delivery and product being dispatched within 4 working days. Product never arrived to this day despite chasing and follow up email with empty promises. ONE MONTH ON STILL NOTHING.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST as you will be disappointed.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them you will not receive your goods. I ordered refurbished PC on dec 6th. They told me it was being delivered next day delivery by DPD on two different days but nothing arrived. Their phone lines have been disconnected also their emails keep bouncing back so there is no way in contacting them. They are thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Three words perfectly describe Macs4sale: lying, deceitful crooks.

I ordered a Mac display from them in mid-August. Their website clearly showed the item as in stock, and the price seemed reasonable, so I placed the order. I received an order confirmation and even a delivery notification for the following day. What actually arrived was the wrong monitor, shoved into poorly wrapped packaging.

I immediately tried to return it, but even that became a farce. It took a full week just to receive return instructions. Once they finally got the incorrect item back, I was told the correct monitor would be sent out “straight away”. That was an outright lie.

For over a month, I was fed nothing but excuses and empty promises:
“we’ll send one out,”
“I’ll personally look into this,”
“we definitely have them in stock.”

Absolute nonsense. Not a single thing was ever dispatched. Just endless lies, delays, and time-wasting emails until I finally lost all patience.

I then requested a refund. Surprise, surprise, that hasn’t happened either. Instead, I received yet more false assurances, followed by complete radio silence. Emails are now simply ignored.

I’m currently £310 out of pocket with no product, no refund, and no resolution whatsoever.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Macs4sale will not honour your purchase, they will not honour your refund, and their delay tactics and dishonesty — particularly from Kashif and Mudassrah in the Accounts Department — are disgraceful.

If you are reading this then you have done the right thing in doing your due diligence on checking this company’s reputation on Trust Pilot. DON’T risk your well earned cash with Macs4sale, you will lose it!!

Awesome professional company bought my new phone from them and traded in my old iPhone 14 Pro Max. O,2 eB, ay, and other places were paying less after commissions. Received the right price, and the experience was quite good and smooth. The support team was very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Repeat buyer… second time I used Mac4sale for my tech needs, ordered iPad Pro 13’ with massive saving of £250 as compared with new, and now ordered Smart Keyboard with touchpad. Easy to use the site. The product arrived in a week, and now using it to write a review. Recommend.

Mac4sale is a good value for money. I bought mobile iPads and iMacs in the past, and now sent my last iMac for buyback, which was replaced by y new Mac mini with customised specs even received packing from them. I can honestly recommend them.

Haven't heard anything from them since I got my email confirmation of my order. No updates, no despatch confirmation or tracking info. Seems that is a pretty common experience with these guys.

Emailing now to cancel my order.

Update: so they completely ignored my request to cancel the order and sent it out anyway. What arrived was a Mac mini wrapped in two old bits of bubble wrap, parts of which had been completely deflated. There was no marking on the box to state that the item inside was fragile. I've seen better packaging from sellers on vinted.

Then, icing on the cake is that the unit they sent me has not been factory reset. Quick Google online and it's a major red flag if a company sends you a secondhand unit that hasn't been factory reset because it can cause numerous problems and can indicate it's an ex business or university unit that could still be shut down remotely.

Final thing is their refunds and returns policies have about 7 violations of the Consumer Rights Act in them. A long list of illegal or just plain wrong terms and clauses. Hilariously they have the audacity to have a whole section dedicated to how customers should carefully package up any returns.

The Macbook Pro I bought from the company was excellent, I wouldn't have known that it wasn't brand new apart from the slightly lower spec compared with a brand new product. Full marks.
Service was good, on the whole, Kashif responded quickly, answering my emails within the hour. One slight hitch was the lack of a charger, two plugs and a cable! I had to send a second email reminding K to send one, he admitted he had forgotten. Lovely to hear someone admit to a mistake rather than the usual blather. The charger arrived the next day.

Bought M4 air with 32GB ram took two weeks but preferred refurbished machine is like brand new with Apple warranty total savings £300 as compared to Apple website bargain.

Bought gaming pc arrived on time, works as it should be .
