I would like to share my experience of booking my flight with Ranjit

I found the entire process to be very easy, clear, and transparent. I made the booking with Ranjit, and as soon as the payment was completed, I received a confirmation email immediately. Within a few hours, I also received my e-ticket, which made the process feel very efficient and reliable.

Overall, I found the experience straightforward and hassle-free. He has continued to keep me updated since the booking process, and I am very pleased with the level of service provided.

Cheap price but won't pay me back my refund after my flight was cancelled due to the war. My friend (same flight, different travel agent) received her refund 48 hours after it got cancelled. I am still waiting 6 weeks later after they advise it would take no longer than 28 days. Last week I was advise 8 days. Now it should be with me in 48 hours. Awful customer service, wouldn't book with them again. Not worth the cheaper price if anything goes wrong!
