Product not as advertised
Shipping was fast and communication about the order was good, the product itself is disappointing. The round pillow is not actually round, rather irregular and kind of oblong. Not annoying enough to return the pillow, I feel bad enough about how wasteful shopping online is already, but the product not being as advertised is disappointing.

I placed this order on July 7, 2026, when the advertised delivery timeframe was 1–3 weeks. The order was then scheduled for delivery tomorrow, August 19, and I relied on that confirmed delivery date when making arrangements.
I have now received an email stating that the delivery has been delayed with no new delivery date or timeframe provided.
Communication has also been horrible.

Gorgeous, but too heavy
The cutting board is gorgeous, no complaints with quality. It’s just awfully heavy. So heavy that I can’t figure out when I’ll actually use it. Certainly won’t be often as it’s unwieldy for washing and will only get heavier if used as a serving board.

Do not purchase custom outdoor pillows
I would highly discourage you to buy any of the made to order outdoor pillows. They’re cheaply made, rough fabric, light weight. NOTHING like some of the other pillows on their website. I spent a lot of money on pillows I do not want but cannot return.
