Ordered a couple of products 18th of MARCH 2021, to be delivered in the UK.
Nowhere did it mention a third party would be delivering my product in the UK, in the checkout section, or in any of the terms and conditions.
I paid for DHL to deliver my product.
DHL subbed the work out to YODEL, who claim they couldn’t find my work address,( DHL come to my work address every week for commercial business, and they’ve also delivered multiple products to my work address, when I use I HERB in America.
My work premises is easy to find, it’s been there 39 years and one of the biggest premises on the road with multiple units.
I took multiple photos showing the buildings and the road sign in the same photos, literally as you turn into the road, you can’t miss the buildings.
The product was sent back to them on APRIL 1st 2021. No one now knows where the product is, as of today MAY 16th 2021.
So, through no fault of my own, THEY have failed to deliver the goods I paid for, through a third parties incompetence, made me do all the chasing, between them, yodel and dhl, whilst palming me off with multiple, patronising emails, telling me that I have to wait 90 days and they can’t issue a refund until then, minus a 25% restocking fee.

THEY HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT, MESSED ME ABOUT IN MULTIPLE EMAILS, FAILED TO ISSUE A REFUND, THEN WANT TO CHARGE ME A FEE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, UTTER SCAM.

I ordered 89£ worth of supplements in in Jan 2021. Nothing has arrived yet. the shipment tracking doesnt have any update since 17feb 2021 (IN Transit). I wrote them and they reply via zendesk with a script, apologizing and promising to come back with an update soon. this NEVER happens, I keep escalating, they keep reply with the same polite pre-built script. it is a scam, they should be sued. DONT BUY!

Item still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks.

"Mara" from LuckyVitamin replied to my first email regarding the 2 week delay stating that the DHL status "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" would only change once it arrived in Australia and to be patient. That is simple not true as the next status is "PACKAGE RECEIVED AT DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER" when DHL initially scan the item and confirm that the purchased item was actually sent.

The consignment hasn't changed from "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" after 3 weeks and "Mara" hasn't responded to the two subsequent emails enquiring about my order.

Based on previous reviews, it seems I am another "unlucky" customer to purchase from LuckyVitamin.com.

Almost a scam business.
I ordered a bottle of red yest rice to be picked up at Walmart store.
It was supposed to arrive in 5 to 7 business days

It's been more than 3 months and still haven't arrived.

Every time I contact them for a refund they request a 15 business day to follow up with the carrier!! They never processed a refund.

This seller should be banned from Walmart store. In fact it should be banned from the country !
Not sure which agency I should follow-up with to get them under scrutiny, but I will definitely find out

I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for delivery of two packages that were estimated to arrive in “4 to 7 days.” I got tired of waiting and ordered from two of their competitors- IShop Nutrition and Wonderlabs. Both delivered from the U.S. to France in less than two weeks. Lucky Vitamin will not refund my money unless I refuse delivery (if that ever happens) and wait for the packages to be returned to them. Considering the lack of tracking now, how can I have any confidence in the return process? I was a long-time, previously satisfied customer, but I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

Over the last few years I ordered a lot from them and never had any problems, until my last order of several packages. One of them was returned to sender, though the other ones made it. I contacted customer service and they refused to issue a refund as long as they don't receive and scan the item. DHL marked it as returned almost 2 weeks previous. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the BBB. This is stealing, not business

I bought some products in their webpage and it says that delivery is for free for orders above £65... one week after the promised delivery date (overdue) I got a note on my post of Royal Mail saying that I owe £21 of customs charge!!! This was not anywhere in the webpage!!!

Es una porquería, he realizado un pedido a ESPAÑA y aparte de los 15euros que ya pague de envío me quieren cobrar 25 más de recibo, termina subiendo una cobra de 26euros a casi 70euros, una locura! les recomiendo si quieren comprar buen genero norteamericano usar IHERB.COM que siempre llega todo perfecto y no te cobran de más. El envío es claro y llega en perfecto estado y no tienen nada que envidiarle a estos en variedad, he comprado aquí la verdad porque había un artículo temporalmente agotado en IHERB y varya sorpresita que me llevo. Espero nadie sufra una experiencia similar

Luckyvitamin has a good selection of goods, BUT it does not help anything when they have carriers who do not deliver the goods, and they do not take responsibility for the carrier not delivering what they are supposed to. They are higher than the competitors in price of transport so there was nothing to suggest that the transport is so bad that we should not get the goods. Whether this is a pure scam or it is just extremely poor customer service is not so easy to say. But if you live in Norway / Europe, do not order from them.

I ordered something to Germany – since shipping took so long, I forgot to check it after a while. When I remembered and checked, it said that the package is on its way back to the US as I "wasn't home for delivery". I receive packages without problems on a daily basis and also did not get a notification so I filed a report with the shipping company. They told me that LuckyVitamin needs to file the report to get back the (not insignificant) shipping fee. I forwarded all info to LuckyVitamin and asked if they could re-send the package. The customer service only writes generic answers and there is someone else answering each mail. There is no progress as you just get the same copy paste text eavery time and they don't even understand a more complex request/issue like that. I now have to wait another month or so (after already waiting for the first package for over 6 weeks) to get my refund – shipping and restocking fee will be deducted so I will probably end up paying around 30€ for this amazing experience / waste of time and money.

Terrible response time on an order with an issue. Poor response time, over 1 week. Buyer Beware!

NEVER order anything from this website, stay away, probably the worst company you will ever deal with. They will take your money and never send your products. pathetic customer service All I am getting is automated email response. they are true scam artists .Complete scam! I hope all people file complaints or something.

I could only write a review if I clicked on one star..but I would totally give ZERO star. Crazy shipping cost and service ...almost one month and have not received the item. Even returns has 25% deduction. HORRIBLE! Compared to every other companies out there...first time purchase and will be the last! Thanks!

I ordered two packages over $30 delivered to Norway this year, and none of them ever arrived. Horrible customer service doesn't care to help. Will never use again. Literally the worst online retailer in the world
