My partner and I recently ordered a sofa with lovemybedss. The delivery was really prompt from the point of ordering (within a couple of weeks). The staff delivering it could not have been nicer or more helpful. They arrived on time and put together the sofa very quickly. We are delighted with the quality and service we received. Would recommend, thank you Riaz and Riaz jr for the excellent delivery and service.

I'd been looking for the perfect sofa for a long time when I came across Love My Beds. The Molly sofa I wanted was available from several retailers, but the outstanding customer service I received from Love My Beds made my decision easy.

I spoke with Adam via WhatsApp, and he was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, sent me additional photos and videos of the sofa, and even price-matched it, making it cheaper than other competitors. On top of that, he kindly included free room-of-choice delivery and assembly, which is normally a paid service, due to my health issues and the fact I live in a second-floor flat. I really appreciated this gesture.

Unfortunately, the original delivery date couldn't go ahead due to unforeseen issues, but the team kept me updated throughout and arranged a new delivery for when I returned from holiday. They called at the beginning of the week and again the day before delivery to confirm the date and time slot, which was really reassuring.

On the day of delivery, the team called around 30 minutes before they arrived. They were punctual, polite, professional, and friendly. They brought the sofa in carefully in two sections, took great care while setting it up, and showed me exactly how it worked, as it extends on wheels to transform into a lounger/sofa bed. They also took away all of the packaging, leaving everything clean and tidy.

I honestly can't fault the service I received from start to finish. I'm so pleased I chose to order from Love My Beds, and I absolutely love my new Molly sofa.

Excellent service from start to finish, the sofa's I ordered were delivered within two days and the delivery team Amit and Faizan went above and beyond assembling and removing all the packaging for me.

I purchased the u shaped ottoman sofa bed in green. The sofa is absolutely stunning and the quality is amazing. Im so happy with it. Communications between myself and the company was perfect and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Ali and Faizan managed thr delivery of the sofa and did a superb job. They rang to let me know how long they were going to be, and even rang back to say they'd hit a bit of traffic so would be a bit later. Honestly, outstanding service, couldn't be happier with everything. Thanks guys for all your help! :)

The delivery drivers brother Rizwan and Akeel provided me with great service, one of the best services I’ve received. They were respectful and polite always kept me up to date with the delivery timing. They assembled the product for me im really happy with the product. Highly recommend. Overall really happy with both of the brothers services they provided me with.

Purchased a u shape ottoman pull out bed sofa and quality is absolutely amazing, communication was great and delivery was quick! Can’t go wrong when you get all that for a gf is price! Highly recommend

I have just had the Palermo U-shaped sofa in beige delivered, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The colour is stunning, the sofa is comfortable, and even bigger than I expected!
The delivery process was great. I was kept updated throughout and received a phone call on the morning of the delivery to let me know they were on their way.
Akeem and his colleague were friendly, professional, and respectful of both me and my home. They tidied up after themselves before leaving, which was much appreciated.
Overall, I am very happy with both the service and my beautiful new sofa. I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience, answered all my questions before ordering and double checked my order by phone after placing. The delivery was quick and the delivery team were fantastic.

The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, from ordering online to delivery. After placing my order, I received an email explaining that someone would be in touch to arrange a delivery date. True to their word, I received a call the very next day to schedule delivery, followed by a text message the day before and another call on the day of delivery to keep me updated.

We ordered the Arizona Wing Bed in super king size, and it is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is outstanding, and it looks even better than we imagined.

Ahmed and Yusuf were incredible. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the delivery. Our bedroom is on the third floor of our home, and they carried everything upstairs with great care and efficiency. They were careful with both our furniture and our home while working quickly and efficiently.

Amit and Faizan delivered on time, helped get the couch in the house and took the time to explain how to assemble. Friendly and polite.

Placed my order online, very easily and was contacted the same day to confirm the order and organise potential delivery date within 7 days of ordering. We received another 2 calls following up with a confirmed date and then the day before we were given a delivery time of between 8am & 12pm. Riaz and Callum, the drivers, then rang us on the day to say they were half an hour away and were well between the given delivery times. We opted for assembly and Riaz and Callum wasted no time assembling, giving us a demonstration and taking all the packaging away with them once finished. I’m sitting on my new sofa whilst writing this review and would definitely recommend love my beds

Ali and faz were amazing really friendly and hardworking delivery men. My only downside about LoveMyBeds is I did tell them quite a few times about the length.. it nearly didn’t fit had to play around a bit …its sooooooo tightt. But im just grateful it fitted in the end

Ordered the Jacob bubble sofa. Was kept up to date regarding my order and delivery. On the day of delivery was given a time slot. 2 young lads arrived on time. Both were extremely polite and took great care bringing the sofa inside. This sofa itself is unbelievable quality. It is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned. It far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. I'm absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. 10 out of 10 😊
