Great products and equally great experience

The most amazing company I’ve ever ordered online with! My beautiful octopus had a little accident and LoveFrankie were so good in rectifying and so quick in communicating with me! Can’t wait to buy more! ❤️🖤❤️

Fantastic customer service, answered my email query very promptly. Speedy delivery and the Octopus candelabra is just to die for! Would highly recommend and will be buying from Love Frankie again.

Great online customer experience, with Helen providing great advice and sample recommendations with no pushing for a sale. Bought the stunning antique gold shade with copper lining.

Was delighted with my circus strip lampshade. Am in Dublin but Helens emails were really helpful and made the whole experience pain free. Lampshade came within a week and was packed up so well there was not a scratch on it. Will definitely be back and have already recommend Love Frankie to local interior shops in Dublin !!!!!!!

Delighted with my heron wall hangings. Excellent customer service, they kept me updated as there was a slight delay with delivery, so pleased with them!

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Beautiful products and such a helpful customer service team. Have just purchased my fifth item from them and would buy everything they have online if I could!

I ordered a wall paper sample and the sample wasn't big enough to see most of the design. Shame really as it didn't show my husband what it was like.

Apart from loving the look of the lampshade I appreciated the quick and caring customer service when the lining appeared to have some scratches. They stood out because the lampshade had an otherwise perfect finish and the damage only became apparent when the shade was put into place and the light turned on. I'm very happy with the replacement.

Bought 3 beautiful lampshades . Great staff and communication . Very quick to deliver . Very happy customer .

Love our antique silk lampshades perfect just what we wanted, now ordered a third! Highly recommended.

Love my To the Disco print. Really great quality and delivery was quick and prompt.

I'm so glad that I stumbled on Love Frankie's website! I wanted something different, something funky, something zingy that would make me smile every time I looked at it, and my new lampshades (Cole and Sons "The Woods" Wallpaper shades in Sunshine Yellow) definitely deliver on all fronts. I love them, and they've attracted so many positive comments from visitors that I'm thinking of splashing out on a lemur wallpaper-lined shade for the downstairs loo!

Beautiful cushions purchased for a better price than some other retailers were selling for. Service was really efficient and nice touch with the postcard. My only reservation is that returns are not free. While I was delighted with my purchases it would make me reconsider future purchases unless I was 100% confident that they were going to be suitable which will limit future purchases.

Beautiful shade very pleased. Quick delivery.

I have been looking for a pink lamp shade for about 3 months to go in my kids playroom as I have recently had it decorated in there but nothing was matching what I wanted until I came across Love Frankie. The Summer Breeze Lamp Shade in Candy Floss Pink is literally perfect and looks absolutely stunning, I have had so many comments about it including the thumbs up from my husband and the kids! I will definitely be back.

Ordered the green floral velvet shade with fringe which has transformed my floor lamp, my husband hadn’t liked it at all but now even turns it on every night. Lol.. Am now going to order the mustard coloured one to brighten up a plain dark wood lamp base.

I now own 5 lampshades from Lovefrankie. Why? Great designs, lovely quality, choice, very friendly customer service with an amazing free sample service which is super quick.

Great unique products...I've bought lamp shades and flower pots and all packaged brilliantly. Their customer service are both friendly and helpful and I certainly would recommend them. Will most definitely be buying more from them!
