Excellent service. The items I purchased were all sent really quickly. Unique items that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Absolutely love my wall hangings. Great shop. Would recommend.

Great service and a great product. We are so happy with our lampshades which are better than the website images.

We love our new bird of paradise lampshades. They are beautifully made and packed carefully. Also love the funky "cooky lemur wallpaper". Lovely friendly and helpful service over the phone. Unusual and quirky products. Thanks Love Frankie!

I love my new lemur lampshade and It’s a real statement in my lounge. Great service and very handy being able to order fabric samples beforehand.

We just love our new lamp shade, unique products which many admire. So glad I don’t live near the shop, wouldn’t be able to resist buying more

I ordered my sixth light shade and again am more than happy with the quality of the product and the service. I love the fact there's a range of colours for the shade and lining, as well as a range of sizes to chose from.

Sadly they messed up my address 1st time, when i told them they said they would send a replacement. That has not arrived. It was only a wallpaper sample :-(
At last, it has turned up so all good now !

I got a discount, a great quick delivery and a very beautiful lamp which we all really love. I guess thats what we want when we shop so thanks very much. Love us ❤️

What a brilliant service! I ordered off menu - so to speak - and my shade was made to order and delivered super fast...and it was close to Xmas. Thank you so much. The quality of the shades are amazing.

Great product, already been asked where we bought it from!

I am so pleased with my gorgeous King lampshade. Great quality and beautiful product.

Amazing products, really pleased

Love the items I have purchased so much and will be back for more. They are a talking point in my house and so many people have commented on them . Quirky individual and that little bit different just what I like

I ordered some beautiful ceramic mugs as Christmas gifts, I loved them so much I’m going to order more for myself! Fast service, no issues at all, lovely stock.

Beautiful light fitting, excellent communication and customer service.
Dealt with a small issue promptly and would highly recommend them to anyone. Helen was particularly helpful throughout.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Provided two separate loads of material samples. Very helpful over the phone. Products arrived in sturdy boxes to help they arrive in excellent condition. Shame that the lampshades need wrapping in so much single use plastic but I guess it provides protection against damp during transport. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends.

Great service - thrilled with my emerald green lamp shades.

I ordered a palm tree table lamp with custom-made shade for a friend's birthday and had it delivered directly to her. She was absolutely delighted with it, and in her words, "It's perfect, I can't stop looking at it! It's now above my husband in my list of fav things!"

Incredible service from Johanna and the team at Love Frankie - when the initially ordered lampshades were slightly smaller than I wanted the return was straightforward and the bigger lampshades were turned around really quickly, arriving within a couple of days. And they are the most gorgeous orange!

Wonderful and beautifully made lampshades. Arrived quickly and the free fabric samples so you can ensure you are picking the right colour shade are a brilliant idea.
