Great delivery, a quality neon sign. The customer service from Helen, Jo and Tanya was superb!

Stunning shade with excellent finish - looks amazing. Plus outstanding customer service in assisting matching items to original order. Certainly go above and beyond. Thankyou Tanya.

Beautiful colours excellent customer service quick delivery

Lampshade arrived quickly. Exactly what was featured on their website. Quality is excellent. Design is fab. Will be buying from Love Frankie again.

I was recommended this shop by a friend. I couldn't have been happier with the choice and service. The website is easy to navigate and their filtering options make it simple to narrow down the choice. The ordering was smooth. The delivery was quick and the lampshade was well packaged. The lampshade itself is gorgeous, original and feels like a quality item. I would highly recommend this shop.

I have just received my lovely cushions from Love Frankie. They are a fantastic company to deal with. Lovely unique products and really good quality. Their customer service is excellent too and they always reply promptly to any questions.

Fantastic experience all around; stunning product, made well, fast shipping considering it's made to order, and packaged in really thick and sturdy boxes! Never thought I'd be so excited about a lampshade but already eyeing up my next order for a different room :D
I went with the larger of the cone shapes with a jungle/leopard design, words can't describe how beautiful it is when lit up. Works really well as a corner floor lamp too.

I got my lampshade yesterday. Can't keep my eyes away from it. It looks so beautiful and is so carefully constructed.
A real highlight in our living room
Was carefully packed and arrived Moosburg in Germany within 22 days without any damage. Thank you so much:)

Great company, first time ordering yesterday, we ordered sometime mid afternoon and pre 10am this morning my order was here! Plus the snake is fantastic I’m so happy with it and the service. Thank you

I bought a stunning lampshade and I'm really pleased with it. It was quite expensive and much more than I would normally spend but I felt it was quite unique and of good quality.
I was aware of the delayed dispatch times as it was clear on the website. The item arrived a bit earlier than expected and was very well packaged. Overall very pleased and would probably purchase again in the future based on quality and service.

Ordered a yellow and pink lampshade and they look fantastic. Well-packaged and arrived quicker than expected. They look just like their online images. We bought them as pendant lights so ordered the grey flex cable as well. We had to buy a ceiling light fitting for each one but that was pretty easy. We had an electrician in so he installed them for us and was able to easily adjust length of the cable without cutting it. We got the largest versions because we have a high hall ceiling.
Very happy with my purchase and will be buying more. The quality is evident.

Delighted with the quality of the lampshades. Getting samples before deciding on colour was great. Worth the wait and will definitely buy again

Very happy with my purchase and the service, I recommend

Great company, high quality products, quick responses to queries and a genuine pleasure to deal with.
Recently purchased three shades and had to return one of them. (Shade was not suitable due to my poor choosing, no fault at all of Love Frankie)

Please note that return postage is at your own cost so it’s worth double-checking suitability before hitting the order button.

All in all, recommend without hesitation.

My experience with this company has been fantastic. I received a prompt order confirmation, was told exactly when order will arrive and upon receipt it was well packed so item was in pristine condition. I cannot fault the customer service at all and will certainly shop there again if I need to.

I love this company. I came across them by chance and was wowed at the unusual and amazing designs. I ordered two table lampshades - black exterior with a very unusual interior design (pink with animals). I also ordered a ceiling shade - dark green with fringe and gold interior. All the items were ordered during lockdown and I was informed there would be a wait. It was certainly worth the wait. I was kept informed by email as to delivery, and found the company very professional and efficient to deal with.

Well I must say Nathan who is a service engineer from frankies is absolutely amazing, informative and helpful guy. Is a credit to the company. I had a hot tap fitted(boiling) not by frankies and I wasn’t convinced that it was fitted correctly so I requested a call out to get it checked. Feel a little stupid as all was ok but Nathan spent time explaining how it all works and that it works completely different to hot taps as it’s a boiling tap. I get it now. Lol. When you purchase something it’s nice to know you get the back up when needed. So a big shout out to NATHAN and the frankie team. One very happy customer.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Amazingly helpful and courteous staff. Communication second to none. Couldn't do enough to help. Products are great and well worth a look!
I will definitely be revisiting their online shop and purchasing again.
Thanks team ✊
