This was repeat business. In the past it was fine. This time it was a complete joke. They gave me 12-5pm slot so I stayed at home. They turned up at 7pm. They did not have my correct address which I had to try and explain to some person who spoke no English. And, just to top it up, they managed to knock into my gate. Totally unprofessional and to be totally avoided.

I contacted London Waste as I urgently needed a sofa collected and disposed of within just a couple of hours. The lady I spoke to (I believe her name was Dawn) was incredibly empathetic and understanding of the situation and said she would see what she could do.

Within the hour, she had confirmed that they were able to arrange the collection, I was so impressed!

The team who arrived to collect the sofa were also fantastic. They were friendly, kind, considerate and extremely helpful throughout.

From start to finish, the service was excellent and the customer service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend London Waste and will definitely use them again.

A very poor service - unfortunately I was misled by the seemingly high ratings, and will not be using this service again for future collections.

Two movers came, but only one was actively moving. The other person was on the phone the whole time. The mover actually asked me to offload items into his trolley while he stood by. I asked him to help, and almost got injured by moving a heavy object.

The mover continuously complained that I should have moved the items outside. But I have literately moved all the items by the front entrance of the flat (I am not able to literally move them into the street because it would block the front area). Basically it just felt like none of them wanted to be here.

Approached with trepidation my using of this company for the first time in my long life and I have to keep pinching myself that from start to finish the entire experience was a joy in every regard. If only all businesses, companies, what have you, were even a fraction as good as what I have found today with LWM it would make all of our interactions a pleasure.

Absolutely brilliant service, fair prices and fantastic staff. I would highly recommend this company for any waste removal you need, specially due to the fact that they collect a wide range of items and charge accordingly to each piece,so if you need again and again,it will definitely worth it. The amount is fairly priced and the way they collect the payment is also very reasonable(per item/aproximate weigh). By far the best.

I have reviewed LWM before and having just used them for the fifth time can confirm the level of service they offer is consistently high.
Easy to book,confirmation of the price,convenient to pay and on the day a courtesy call a short while before arrival,giving one time to prepare.
The guys who arrive are courteous and carry out the most difficult of removals with no complaints.
I live on the second floor with no lift,yet never a complaint!
If you require your items removed,look no further than London Waste Management.

it was very easy to make an appointment. Both the customer service rep and the collection crew were great. I will definitely use them again if/when I have stuff than needs to be recycled..

I was trying to dispose of a dismantled garden shed consisting of numerous pieces of wood and felt and despite a photo they wanted me to itemize everything before giving me a quote? Unnecessarily pernickity! I have found much better service elsewhere

This was my first time using London Waste Management and I am very happy with the outcome.
They had to remove a big and very bulky sofa bed out of the house. It was a difficult task but the team (Parvish and his team) put a lot of effort and time to complete the task !
