Quote was provided quickly. Team turned up earlier than mentioned but that worked out well for us. They were efficient and moved the items quickly without making a mess.

Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Awful experience. They were few hours late than scheduled, and even tried to charge for more than what they quoted.

They didn't show up at the agreed-upon time, and then they even doubled the estimated price!

They quoted me a reasonable amount, but when they showed up to collect 5 hours LATER than the scheduled collection time, they tried to charge me DOUBLE the amount they orginally quoted.

DO NOT HIRE!!! 5h late and then suddenly quote increases double the price even after sending pictures and lists of items and then try to trap me into paying them as it is now the end of the day and i cannot hire anyone else. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! RUN AWAY!

We are absolutely not happy with how the office staff handled this. Their website states a king size bed and mattress removal is £100. I confirmed this price 3 times by email and it never stated anywhere in the emails that it would be just a “quote”. I told them three times it's a dismantled Ikea King (which by the way is smaller than a regular king size bed) and mattress. It was so light my husband moved it all on his own, and the guys that turned up even agreed it's a £100 job (they were great, hence 2 stars instead of 1). Suddenly on the day I’m getting calls from the office saying it’s £130 - despite not having asked for or seen photos of the bed and mattress.

Our neighbours were about to use this service and I've told them not to bother now. Didn’t even respond to my email and woman on the phone was completely unsympathetic.

Really quick turnaround and great speedy service! Got it booked and complete within 24hr! Many thanks and would recommend.

Very simple to organise, the team on the ground and the admin team in the office were very communicative, they took photo's of all the work when I wasn't there, they weren't phased by the enormity of the task and just got on with it. I had them on 3 separate days and they always finished ahead of time. I would use them again. Their pricing model is very easy to understand too and no complicated system is used. What they quote you is what you pay.

Responsive though communication via email, the team sent to remove the rubbish were professional and did exactly what the office told them, even the lady from previous booking was very humble. They also quoted the cost precisely. Highly recommend them to help you removing rubbish and bulky items.

They were extremely straightforward, friendly and efficient- I was in a quandary to get a bulky item removed next day and they were highly reliable as they turned up in a timely way and removed the item in a thoughtful manner. I would highly recommend them!👍

I sent a message in the morning to request rubbish removed. They came in the afternoon.
They worked hard at clearing the rubbish and were gone within 30 minutes of arriving.
Left everything clean and tidy. Will definitely use again if needed.
