Apartment was spick and span after refurbishing, presumably. Had all we needed, but the cleaner, who came once in our 8-day stay, could have left some spare trash bags. You would expect that for the price, not an instruction to go to the supermarket and buy a certain type. We compare it to our rentings in italy. Nor was the toilet paper replenished. We were not impressed by these two things.
Apart from that, the apartment was quiet and conveniently situated.

We had an amazing experience with London serviced apartments - especially at the time of booking with Marcel. He worked very hard with short notice to accommodate our two families, one family arriving a few days after the other. We were in THE best area of London - Mayfair - in walking distance to Regent street as well as Buckinham Palace. In spite of this, the price was exceedingly reasonable. Our only complaint was the general state of the lower level flat. It was very clean, but in desperate need of refurbishment - particularly the bathrooms. I think people would be willing to pay a bit more for a "refreshed" flat. Other than that, excellent!!

Apartment for 7 people.
Clean confortable with all the necessary. We were 2 families and eachone had a lot of space. Bathrooms clean. We had a little problem with the light but a person came immediately to sort out.
Further the position was wonderful, 5 minutes to the tube and in a beautiful place.

The apartment was enormous and the staff very friendly.

However, the bedroom windows have no curtains, only office type blinds - so the sun wakes you up at 6am in the summer. The windows are also single glazed so if the sun doesn't wake you up, the bin lorries at 6.30am will!

Kitchen crockery was a bit old fashioned and could easily have been much better for not a lot of money.

The apartments were clean, well furnished and located in an excellent part of London. The WiFi and facilities were also excellent. Would definitely recommend for a short to medium term stay.
