This is my second time using this service and both times have been very positive. Booking the apartment was very easy.

The only thing is that some of the items listed as being included on the website about the apartment were not included (I.e., welcome grocery pack, and the rate for the WiFi, was slightly higher than advertised).

A great place to be at. Helpful reception and staff. Given an unsolicited upgrade which was appreciated. Every day of my two week's residence was made worthwhile!

the apartment had excellent facilities, good local supermarkets and easy access to tube for central London. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The apartment was clean , safe and sufficiently stocked, close to all transport systems

Wanted a flat close to my meetings in the City and the flat couldn't have been in a better location. No more than 5 minutes walk from all of my meetings.

The flat itself was good not spectacular but served all my needs. It was clean and functional.

Except that the lift was broken, all the rest was perfect! I would recomend for anyone.

Kitchen was useless, shower weak, and overall upkeep was poor

Not bad, although had to chase the booking confirmations with several emails. Not good when you have to deal with guests in other countries who are not on the same time as the UK.

Everthing went well no complaints staff very helpful. One problem it rained nothing to do with London serviced apartments I will be back

Location and staff were top notch and very attentive to all requests.
Only warning is if you want to dry your clothes, be prepared for more than a 6 hour wait.

Prompt confirmation of apartment availability.
No problem in making deposit and payments, with receipts sent also promptly.
Dealt with a problem during our stay to our satisfaction and made a welcome response.
Return of deposit in a timely manner.
I would make a further booking.

We've booked an apartment for our 5 day stay in London with Londonservicedapartments. We'd chosen an apartment in Leicester Square. The apartment was great, modern, nice furnished, spacious, just perfect - with one important exception: very noisy as the sleeping room faces the main road. But we managed to find some sleep using earplugs. We haven't been in London before and weren't aware that Leicester Square this is right in the middle of the city's night life. We think a pre-warning from Londonservicedapartments would have been helpful (especially after several times asking for a sleeping room to the backyard). But it seems as if there was a communications problem, because this question got never answered.
Anyway - we had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at 44 Curzon Street very much. The perfect location in the perfect city. We received excellent service at an excellent price and found the apartment very comfortable; easy walking distance to everything that matters. We would stay there again-

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately our top three choices were booked or extended after we signed a contract, so London Serviced Apartments recommended a forth option. As stated, this apartment was lovely; however, London Serviced Apartments neglected to mention that it was directly located above a bar. We were kept awake until midnight most nights and 3 am on Friday night. Had we chosen the apartment ourselves, this would have been our mistake, however, London Serviced Apartments recommended this location and did not disclose all the information. Lovely apartment, hated the location.

Wij hadden een mooi 2sk appartement in een TOP locatie tussen Earls Court en Gloucester road. Het appartement was schoon en netjes met keuken en 2 badkamers. Bedlinnen en handdoeken allemaal luxe! Verder was de concierge uiterst behulpzaam met informatie en boeken van excursies.

Our stay in London in a studioappartement booked from Londonservicedepartements was an average experience, but the location was good.

we havz benefitted from an appartment bigger than expected. it is well located, the hotel was fine. but we were disappointed with the swimming pool. the entrance with the children was limited at a few hours per day, and they could not use the entire place, just a small piece of the swimming pool.

We had a decent stay at 67 Chiltern - the flat did the trick but was not the most comfortable and was very expensive. First it was very very small which you couldn't tell from the pictures. Second it was a fourth floor walk up with a dark, narrow foyer. Lastly, the bed and sofa were not very comfortable. Also, there is a 50GB wifi limit/mo which limited our ability to stream video and FaceTime. The positives are that the flat was very clean, updated, fully furnished, and in a great location. Overall, the flat met most of our temporary housing needs but we were glad to move out.

I recommend London serviced apartments because the staff were extremely professional and friendly - they went the extra mile to find me something great that was within my budget. Their customer service was second to none so the experience was hassle free plus dealing through email and phone was very pleasant. They provided a fantastic service which made my stay perfect. I would recommend them for a stay in London no doubt about it.

My husband, daughter, son-in law and their three sons stayed at #1 Mansions at Earls Court. We had a beautiful four bedroom, three bath flat. The flat was huge and filled with wonderful antiques as well as comfortable couches. We loved the ease of having meals in the beautiful dinning room and preparing them in the kitchen. Easy transportation from Earls Court tube stop. We also enjoyed the convenience of markets and restaurants close to the flat. The servicing was also done daily and expertly. We stayed a week during April vacation and enjoyed every minute!
