THE BOOKING EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! I GOT RESPONSES TO MY QUERIES VERY VERY QUICKLY. OVERALL A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
THE APARTMENT HOWEVER REQUIRES SOME WORK. I HAD A BASEMENT APARTMENT AND THERE WAS A BAD SITUATION WITH DAMP IN A BEDROOM. SOME BLINDS ALSO REQUIRE REPLACEMENT. CLEANING SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD TOO.

Staff very helpful. Room excellent but getting abit grubby. Could have used a mat by the front door.

We booked this apartment for a New Year celebration trip.
We arrived before check in time of 3pm, but were welcomed and offered complimentary tea, coffee etc in the comfortable lounge area.
The apartment itself was very clean and well presented. It's location near to Trafalgar Square was ideal for anyone wishing to visit any areas of Central London.
I discovered that I had left a valuable bracelet in my apartment. Following an email the company promptly retrieved this and posted it to me within 2 days. Fantastic, reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you

Yes ..recently remodelled...3 levels..nice feel to the apartment.Entrance access is awkward a bit but location is superb and all services work .Guest Services response was quick.Digital lock set is practical. great kitchen and accessories.Towels are nice n clean..

Was at the LBS Victoria for a month. The place is best suited for a single person. I had a couple of power outages. The service was prompt. Definitely would recommend the place to my friends.

Booking - The booking staff was not cooperative and even though we had requested an early checking and the apartment was available for early check-in (confirmed by maintenance staff) they didn't even inform the maintenance staff. Just shows lack of empathy to the customer.
Apartment - Very good location. The apartment was spacious. No lifts and hence not good if you have lots of luggage or kids. The apartment seems very old and wasn't well lighted with very basic furnishings.
The kitchen appliances were very dated and the floor creaked and was coming off from corners.

The service is very good and the apartments are also very good. We wil be there again next desember!!

I had the good fortune to find London Serviced Apartments when I needed some flexible accommodation. Although I made my initial enquiry on a Sunday, I had a response the same day and within a few days they had sorted out an apartment exactly to my requirements. In particular a big thanks must go out to Marcel who I have been in contact with on a couple of occasions - in each case he has been prompt, courteous, and extremely efficient, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company whatsoever.

Booking the apartment was easy and painless. The apartment was good size and clean. They provided at a charge a crib for my child which was good.
The location is great, just a couple minutes from the subway.
A couple of negatives: check in is too late. When i arrived it was very cold and early so I called to know if I could at least leave the bags in the building (there's no place for luggage storage). Also inquired that I would pay an extra day to check in immediately if the apartment was empty, the responsible couldn't answer my question until 11am when she would get to the office. I waited and called at 11am when I was told I could walk-in (paying half a day) at 1pm. To my surprise the apartment was empty all the time and even entering at 11am would have made a huge difference from carrying luggage and walking with a baby in a 7 Celsius temperature.
Another improvement I would suggest is TV and internet. While there's a TV, the antenna is terrible and many many channels don't work. Internet is spotty, having times where it doesn't work at all.

The booking process was very easy with all my questions quickly answered. The self-service check-in worked very smoothly. The apartment was compact but with everything that was needed. The location was perfect. The only glitch was less than ample hot water 2 of the mornings.

Poor WiFi connection - should be fixed.

Convenient and comfortable apartment for a business stay in the City. Everything worked as expected and despite the convenience of a pub next door, there is no intrusive noise from it.

Very nice apartment, comfortable and very calm. Appreciated the fact that a reception staff was in the building which permitted us to leave luggages during our early arrival and the late departure.

From the moment I contacted London Serviced Apartmemts Ltd I felt as though I was their only customer. Their customer service is 2nd to none. Nicole helped me along the process and nothing was too much of an effort for her. The actual apartment was fantastic. Location, main building was very pleasant, the apartment was fit for a Princess. Beautifully decorated in the most tasteful way. Every facility was taken care of, from kitchen appliances to designer cushions to luxurious bedding.
Even the price was shockingly reasonable.
I cannot wait to use their services again and without a doubt recommend anyone to use them.
