Pretty good at responding in a timely manner, but doesn't really help problem solve or track down information - e.g., photos, amenities, etc. Will pass emails back and forth between you and the provider, but doesn't help to clarify your questions or get you what you need. You'll have to do most of the work

The apartment was just what we were looking for. Spacious, neat, great service from the staff and in close proximity to the Westfield Mall

Lovely apartment and clean. Check-in was easy enough. The double bed was quite small and the building really noisy, could not cool the place down by opening the windows.

Good location near train and underground station. Easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. Apartment is great.
Very good option for Holidays in London

This house was amazing and perfect for our weekend in London. Well fitted out and ideally situated and a short walk from nice amenities at East Finchley and Muswell Hill. Good tube links also.

The only fly in the ointment for me was two unscheduled visits by the owners. The lady wouldn't come into the house although she was welcome, but the male owner walked in without even ringing the doorbell. Our young daughter was in the shower next to their bedroom which could have been a bit embarrassing. They could/should have waited until we checked out to drop stuff off and pick up mail etc.

Otherwise, we would use the house again without hesitation.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in this apartment!
The first night was horrible. We have never been in a noisier spot from bars and street noise and garbage trucks, even with the windows closed (which was not an option as it was stifling in here) the noise was unbearable.
To add to the discomfort the beds are like rocks. My husband has a bad hip and there is absolutely no support.
Lastly we had a note saying that repair people needed access to the apartment all day which made us nervous to leave our belongings as there is no safe.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great location! Furniture could use an update. If my apartment may sit just above the sainsbury parking lot -- which it did -- I think you should be honest about that. Which you weren't. Though we loved having the sainsbury so close. The building is weird and broken up into unusual parts and the elevators don't always come when you need them to.

If I'd known all of that in advance I probably would still have stayed there. Great price for the location and what you get. There's just a bit of hiding the ball here.

I was initially very pleased with their service, as they were able to find a flat for me and my small dog at very short notice.
The flat itself was okay, very functional. Location-wise, it was next to a bar, so unfortunately we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning because of the noise.
However, what really upset me about the company is that, 2 days after I had arrived at the flat, I received an email from one of their employees saying that I had broken their contract by bringing my dog without informing them first. They then said I would be charged a fine of £700 + VAT, on top of what I had already paid for the flat. I found this absolutely ridiculous, as I had indeed informed them of my dog prior to my arrival and had the evidence to prove this. I don't know whether this was an attempt to get more money off me or a genuine mistake, but it certainly ruined a part of my holiday as I spent the following 2 days in a panic.

We really enjoyed our stay in Springcroft Avenue East Finchley.
The house was very stylishly presented, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We especially liked the large open plan living, kitchen diner with direct access to a lovely garden and spent most of our family time there.
Service overall was first class and the weekend felt like a real home from home. The area of East Finchley is very nice, lovely shops, eateries and parks close by with very easy and quick access into central London on the Northern Line.
A couple of really minor things which in no way detracted from our overall enjoyment; it was especially hot in particular in the bedrooms so would have welcomed slightly more effective fans in those rooms, also wifi was quite slow. Otherwise perfect. Would recommend and also be happy to use again.

Location is fantastic. Very clean and nice appartment. We had a great time in a lovely flat.

Wonderful place, service and neighborhood. We feel like living in London, everything is close by, tourist attractions, good restaurants and the best shops are walking distance or 10 min away.

The pictures on the website are very misleading but overall the apartment was okay. The building itself has been remodeled... but they definitely took the cheap route doing so. The beds were very uncomfortable and people were in the courtyard partying late on most nights. No air conditioning, so if you're planning to stay in the summer request a few fans.
