My apologies for not capturing the agent's name, but I had my first experience as a consumer today, and I left it pleasantly surprised with the great level of service. Lauren was extremely helpful with a name change before my lease vehicle arrived. Documents came promptly. Communication was excellent and really pleased to be insured by Latchford.
